Prologue: Deep Slumber

In the middle of the ocean when the sun still hasn't risen.

I am sinking down deep into the ocean like something was dragging my fragile feet.

My conscious gets fader and fader.

I can't free myself from this shackle so I stop resisting and look up to the sky.

I saw a dozen of large vessels standing there.

It was directly at the top of me.

On each ship, hundreds of people are running away from something at the end of the vessel.

That something was a fish-like monster crawling their way to humans.

It could be easy if it was only one but there were more of them to count.

They covered almost all of the seawater in this place.

One word...

One word was enough to explain the situation they are in.

It was hell.

The blazing fire burned down the ships into ashes as they sunk.

A dense mist that you could barely see anything from the surface.

Countless limbs and bodies floating on the surface as I went deeper and deeper into the ocean.

As the situation goes on some people from the surface started calling my name.

No one can save me nor no one even tried.

They are just there staring below me as I was getting deeper from the oceans. I don't know if they could see me underwater.

Are they just there to mourn me or to mock me maybe the latter.

I saw a familiar face on the surface.

Everything was blurry yet I can see her face clearly from here like she was the only one that my eyes were focused on.

She was being restrained looks like she wants to save me.

I don't need your help tho...

You can live a better life without me.

Sorry for dragging you to my childish tantrum.

I stop resisting and just let my body goes deeper into the ocean.

Drowning was so much better than being eaten alive by those hideous monsters.

Somehow it's peaceful.

If I died I'll be released from this hell.

No more hard work, no more stress, no more expectations, and no more duty.

I think people from the surface were jealous of me dying this peacefully.

Well, they got no choice lol.

Goodbye world.

Like hell, this is my end!

Dying from drowning!? A peaceful death!? Don't mock me, World!

My legendary story doesn't end here!

If chances of surviving down here were low as long it isn't zero I'll survive!

No, even it was zero I'll fuck the odds until it's pregnant to birth more chances!
