Chapter 2: School Part 1

The young man went inside a high school building.

There were no students, no guard, nor teachers in the hallway because it was already afternoon and the school was already started since morning.

He passed through many classrooms but still did not stop as if his place that he wants to go is not here.

"Ah finally." He smiles after he reached his destination.

It's a room but unlike any other classrooms, this one has a large sign in front of the door.

The signs said; [CLINIC]

The young man opens the door and greeted everyone in the clinic expecting someone would greet him back.

"As always there is no teacher... well don't mind me staying here for a while."

The young man opens the cabinet inside the clinic and he gets some bandages to patch up his wounds.

After that, he lie back down at the clinic's bed and hugs the pillow like he owns it.

It did not take too long for the man to fall asleep.

He went into a deep slumber from his never-ending fatigue.

"zzZZzzZZzzZZ"

Inside the clinic, where the young man is sleeping.

Someone is standing beside his bed.

Based on his clothing he's a teacher.

A lab coat covering his whole teacher uniform, you can't tell if he is a teacher or a scientist.

His arm are crossed to each other showing that how furious and annoyed he is at the young man.

The teacher spoke his the young man's name as he tries to wake him up.

"-ike."

"Mike."

"Oy, Mike." But it was in vain as the young man didn't even budge moving away from the bed.

The young man named Mike still sleeping comfortably like the teacher was not there.

The teacher has gotten annoyed and tried to wake him up again.

"Mike!" He sure shouted this time as it shows how annoyed he is.

Finally, the young man called Mike wakes up.

He quickly sits straight on the bed while scratching his head and yawning showing he still hadn't got enough sleep.

"*yawn* Oh... Hello Sir. Lucas." Mike casually greeted his teacher- Sir. Lucas who is still annoyed at his actions.

"Why are you here?"  Even Lucas is annoyed he still keeps his cool and asked a question to his student, Mike calmly.

Mike still hasn't been fully awake as he takes his time to regain himself from his drowsiness.

"Uhmm... Well, you see I was sleeping here."

"Don't talk to me like it was normal to sleep here, Mike." Veins started popping out from Lucas's forehead.

Lucas can't take Mike's laziness as he wanted him to get out from here immidiately.

He can't lose his cool here because it will only ruin his reputation as a teacher if he snap out.

He nicely requested Mike to go away from here.

"I'm sorry but please, you need to get out here, Mike." Lucas smiles at Mike.

The smile was not quite pleasing to the eyes if large veins are popping out from his forehead.

Everyone would read the situation that this teacher doesn't want Mike to be here.

However, Mike still did not move an inch away from the bed instead he unbuttons his shirt and showed his countless bandages covering his wounds. The wounds are not only from his chest... but to his arms, thighs, abdomen, and even at his head.

"!?" Lucas was surprised at the wounds and bruises from all over his body. How can he casually talk like that while enduring this many wounds?

Mike's words continued not giving his teacher time to recover from his surprise.

"You see, The school clinic was the only place where I can relax and recover (and it's free). So can I stay for a little longer?" Mike showed his puppy eyes to Lucas who's still bewildered at the conditions of his body.

Lucas feels amazed, pity, and somewhat scared to this young man.

This was his first time seeing Mike's condition.

He only received excuse letters from Mike explaining how he was badly hurt every time he was absent but he only thought of it as a excuse to ditch the class.

"A-ahhh... *cough* I'll give you a little time, be sure to take a full rest."

"Hehehe big thanks, Sir. Lucas." Mike smiled and give thanks to his wonderful teacher.

Mike already knew Sir. Lucas because he is his adviser from his classroom so the problem of him being awkward towards him will be unlikely.

Lucas takes a deep breath to regain his cool and continue to talk to Mike.

"While you are here I'll treat your injuries."

Even though he's kinda terrified at Mike's wounds he still wanted to take care of his student.

"What? It's fine Sir. Lucas, I only need a rest, that's all."

"No! How could I ignore my student after seeing this! There is no teacher in the world who would ignore their injured students! So stay still and let me treat your wounds!"

"No, no, no, no, no!! Like I said I'm fine so stop stripping me you pervert teacher!"

"How can you talk back to your teacher like that!? And me a pervert!?" Lucas finally snaps as he forces his student to take off his shirt.

Mike was resisting he did not let him take off his shirt as he covers himself by a blanket. 

After a couple of minutes, Mike's limbs were all tied up from the bed. He finally stops resisting because he can't move an inch from this spot.

"*pant pant* Finally, you little runt." Lucas is sweating hard just by restraining Mike.

He even had injuries yet he still gives him a hard time.

Lucas slowly removes his clothes as he cared not to touch his injuries and put his clothes at the end of his arms. He can't completely remove his clothes because he was tied on the bed.

He looks at his injuries and checks if there is an infection.

Thankfully it was only external injuries not internal.

Lucas showed a relieved sigh after he fully examined his body.

"Fuuu... What a messed up body you got here." Lucas talked to Mike with a wry smile while he replaces all the bandages on his wounds with new ones.

Mike didn't talk back as he's silent for all this time. He's quite mad at Lucas when he forcefully inspects his body without his consent.

He held back his girly tear as he doesn't want it to come out just because he was humiliated.

(If I were at my full condition I'll never let this thing happened again into my life.)

Lucas removes the restraints from Mike's hands and feet.

Mike was still covering his face from being humiliated.

His teacher after treating Mike's wounds he goes to a wooden table near the cabinet and sit in the chair beside that table.

He opens the drawer from the table to get his laptop and put it on the table.

Mike while covering his face with his hands, takes a look at Lucas wondering why he still hadn't left the room.

"So this is why you want me to get out of here... This is your workplace."

His teacher Lucas didn't reply to what he had said and continued what he is doing.

Mike saw that Lucas isn't listening to him anymore so he goes back to his sleep from earlier.

Lucas let him stay here a little longer, so he must use this little time to get back to his full condition.

(At least he did not ask me why I did not go to a hospital after he saw my injuries nor ask me where did I get it.)

*tap tap tap*

Only a tapping sound can be heard throughout the room, the sound of a dedicated teacher working hard even at this late hours.

Mike did not notice it but it was already  1 AM.

Lucas did not sleep that night as he continued to work until morning.

You could give him big respect for what he had done just for his students alone.

The night is breathing cold air throughout the whole city. 

Beautiful moon showing it's dazzling presence into the night sky.

A city was covered with thousands of lights in each corner as it conquered the night sky.

The light covered the whole city except the small part here at the small street that no people passed through.

At the street with no lights has been placed, 8 people are sitting down at the ground.

It might be dark but you can see the countless bandages patches around their body.

They look beaten up to a pulp.

They groan as they are still in pain while trying to rest in this dark place.

"Didn't think that he was that strong tho."

"Y-yeah... The rumors were quite true."

"Could we have him a rematch?"

"Don't bother I fight him before no matter how many we are, he will still be the last man standing from all of us."

The one that looks like a boss talked to those three that their plan will be in vain no matter how they try.

The boss opens a box of tobacco and put one to his mouth.

"Lighter."

"Yes, boss."

One of his men goes to him to light his tobacco and went back immediately to his place.

They were all silent after the conversation as they are enduring the pain from their bodies.

They didn't have a proper treatment on their injuries, unlike Mike that went to the school clinic.

The silence continued in a couple of minutes until the boss finally spoke his thoughts.

A gust of smoke came from the boss's mouth.

"How about instead of quantity to defeat him..." He pauses briefly and continued as he put another tobacco to his mouth.

"We use quality to beat him."

"...  !?"

The remaining seven realize what their boss is trying to say.

"OH!!!!!" They shouted excitedly like they finally found their answer.

"As expected from the boss!"

The seven put their one's arm on the shoulder of each other.

"With this, we will be famous in the whole city!"

"But boss, even if we can defeat him with quality. Who is the one we will be bet on?"

The boss heard his question to him and showed a smug face.

"Leo."

His boss answered with only one word and the man who asked clearly understood his boss's intentions.

Tears flowed out from his eyes and immediately hugs his boss.

"BOSS!!!!!!" He deeply hugs him as the boss shoves this man aside.

The man was still teary even his face was shoved to the ground.

One of the eight people climb at the top of an abandoned car and shouted to the people below him.

"Because the boss had thought of a great idea! We will buy drinks and food tonight my treat!"

""""OHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!""""

That night continued till morning that no one can stand properly anymore.

Inside the school clinic where Mike is sleeping, Lucas already left.

The sun has already risen in the sky spreading its vibrant color.

"Hnggg..." Mike is trying to get more sleep as some of the sun's vibrant light went towards his eyes forcing him to wake up from his deep slumber.

Not long after that, he finally gave up sleeping for more and rise from the bed.

Like he owns the room he casually walks to the bathroom and takes a shower.

He uses soap, shampoo, whatever he finds inside the bath.

He removes all of his clothes and looks at the mirror inside the bathroom.

Slowly peeling the bandages while he examines where is the part that is not fully healed.

(Is it just me, or my recovery rate is getting faster.)

Mike's body was all clean like there are no wounds there earlier.

Now that he is butt naked we can clearly see what is his body made of.

Slim body, no sign of proper muscles, and his body are like of those feminines.

He has long black hair. He usually ties his hair into pony bun.

There is still a sign of lack of sleep in his eyes.

Just how many days do you need to satisfy your glutton for sleep?

Nothing special to his body, he is just your average normal highschool boy.

Mike is satisfied with his result of recovery and takes a full shower.

The air outside was freezing cold and the water that is pouring to his face was cold as ice yet he did not show a feeling of coldness.

After he takes a shower he didn't immediately put his clothes on because he doesn't have an extra cloth to wipe off the wet from his body.

He just stands in front of the power number three fan to dry his body at the clinic.

Good thing there are no people other than him in the room.

As if this is something like those kinds of a romantic comedy where some guy jus-

"Mike school is about to start you bette-"

Lucas just entered the room seeing Mike bare naked.

Just like a romantic comedy where some guy just entered into the room of a girl who is naked or half-naked.

It would be lovely but THEY ARE BOTH BOYS!!!! Not to mention Mike is a student and Lucas is a teacher.

"Sorry," said Lucas with a blank expression and quickly closed the door.

Not only he saw his body yesterday even now and he is fully naked.

It would be not too weird since they are both boys but Mike looks like a girl especially when he is naked because you can see his slim girly body. This is the reason why he didn't want anybody to see him naked even if they are both boys.

Mike's face was covered in red. Is he is embarrassed or angry or maybe both?

He quickly put on his clothes back after that even he is still wet and never spoke about it ever again.

*Lucas POV*

The sun has already risen so I went to buy some breakfast at the convenience store near our school.

It's just a small walk from here to there about 5-6 minutes so it didn't take much time.

Since my student, Mike was staying at my workplace might as well buy him something to eat too.

"That will be ₱118, sir."

"Here."

"I received ₱120... here's the change, sir. Thank you for coming."

I receive my change and went back to school. The school is about to start so its better to wake up Mike.

Well, he still has injuries so maybe I should call his parents to fetch him.

Come to think of it, do his parents knew that he is staying at school? If his parents knew this then why are they letting him stay at the school clinic instead of a hospital? Is it money?

As I was full of thoughts I opened the door at the clinic.

"Mike school is about to start you bette-"

As I opened the door everything went slow as I saw something that must not be seen.

Naked.

A girl?

A boy?

No, it's clearly a girl!

But that girl has the same face as Mike!

Mike!? Is that MIKE!?

I slowly took a peek down to see if that is really Mike.

It has a thing.

It has a thing down here the same as us males!

He is definitely Mike.

"Sorry," I quickly closed the door without showing a tint of emotion.

Everything went back to normal from being in the slow-motion world just now.

I open the paper bag and grab the coffee I got from the convenience store and take a small sip.

The coffee is still hot but not as hot on what I saw just now.

As I was drinking my coffee Mike went out of the room already dressed in school uniform with his hair tied.

He didn't talk to me and just grabbed one of the two paper bags from my hand and went inside the room again. (How did he know this one is for him?)

Mike opens the meal from the paper bag and eats it silently on the floor.

He didn't even show gratitude to me after I gave him food for him. (Steal my food.)

I didn't just stand outside the clinic. I follow his actions and sat on the same floor as him as I started to eat my food.

This must be my first time eating with someone this quiet.
