Chapter 33

Haggai's p.o.v

I stood downstairs in the evening waiting for the love of my life to come down, Ryan made sure i looked representable, i was dressed in a black suit and white shirt, my first two buttons were unbuttoned and my hair was nicely done, my heart was beating wildly, this was the first time i was taking someone out, it was also the first time that i was really in love, Bella was my first in most cases that's why i was very nervous, i didn't want to mess it up, i still couldn't believe that she chose to stay with me despite all i had done to her, she really was an angel. 

I took in a deep breath when she slowly walked downstairs with mother, i was staring at a goddess, she wore a long light red sleeveless dress, that curved her body perfectly, her hair was lifted up in a neat pony tail, she slowly stood in front of me with a smile, her face had less make up that made her look very sexy, i was dying to kiss her fresh red lips but i couldn't. 

"You look beautiful, you are beautiful but today you have taken my breath away" i whispered lowly as she laughed softly. 

"Well that was what i wanted to hear" she answered as she put her hand on my arm. 

"Shall we?" I asked as she nodded happily. 

We walked out ignoring the looks and whispers we got from all corners, i opened my car door for her as she smiled then got in, i closed the door and went around the car, i opened the door then got in and closed the door behind me, i looked at her once small then started the car. 

"You really look very beautiful" i whispered while i drove the car. 

"How about we play 20 question while we are in the car" she asked as i laughed softly. 

"Sure if you can handle the truth" i answered as she smirked. 

"First kiss?" She asked. 

"My first kiss was with you" i answered as she gasped in shock. 

"What?" She asked as i smiled. 

"Well is it hard to believe? I don't mean i am a virgin, i ain't, i just hated love, kissing and making love, i thought of it as boring and weak, but when i met you everything changed, you made realise how beautiful everything was, i fell in love with you, when I kissed you i felt complete, i whished i could forever be this way because you are my life and heart, i'm really happy that you are my first Bella, thank you for coming into my life and for giving me a second chance to redeem myself" i said as she wiped off the tears that almost fell from her eyes. 

I parked my car in front of a diner and came out, i opened the door for her as she came out too, i closed the door as she held my hand and looked me in the eyes. 

"Haggai, i love you" she whispered as i felt my heart skip a beat in joy. 

"I love you too" i whispered as i kissed her forehead then pulled back. 

I turned and walked in with her, knowing very well she would be the envy of both men and women who were in there.

Bella's p.o.v

I woke up feeling really happy, i felt hands on my waist pull me closer, i turned and faced Haggai with a smile, ever since that date two weeks had passed, every time Haggai came to chat in my room, we spent the whole night knowing more about each other, although mostly we got sleepy and fell asleep, i knew he was keeping it in and for that i really loved him. 

"Where is my baby girl?" Mother's voice asked loudly. 

I quickly stood up and ran downstairs not caring about how i looked, i found dad, mum and Liz standing still looking at me, Ryan was carrying their luggage with some warriors, i quickly ran in their arms as i broke down in tears, they quickly hugged me back. 

"Why are you crying? You are suppose to be smiling" dad said as i pulled back then laughed. 

"I missed you a lot" i said as mum raffled my hair. 

"We missed you too" she answered happily as i wiped off my tears. 

Haggai came downstairs with a smile and stood next to us. 

"Welcome sir, its good seeing you again, thank you for accepting my offer" he said as i looked at him confused. 

"Of course, we would never refuse were our daughter is concerned" dad answered. 

"You two know each other?" I asked. 

"Well yes, Mr Hemsworth came at our house some weeks ago and told us everything, we were happy to hear you were safe" mother answered. 

"Everything?" I asked as Liz laughed. 

"Yep, i envy you, i had always wanted to be mated to werewolf" Liz answered as we all laughed. 

Ryan went upstairs with some warriors. 

"You are welcome mum and dad" Haggai said as i smiled happily. 

"Thanks son" mum and dad answered together As i laughed softly, when were they this close? I wondered. 

"This way dad" Haggai said as he walked in the living room. 

We all followed and sat down on a couch, mother grace walked in with a smile. 

"Betty! Marshall! Welcome" she said happily as mother stood up and hugged her happily then pulled back. 

"You haven't aged at all for a human" mother teased as mother grace laughed. 

I stood up watching them in shock. 

"We go way back, she was once our neighbor before she became mated to the alpha" father answered. 

"We are practically family, when our son over there came to ask for your hand in marriage we knew there and then he was Grace's son, we took no time in agreeing, grace has always been like family to us" dad said as i looked at Haggai. 

"Hand in marriage?" I asked as Haggai scratched his head while avoiding my eyes. 

"Busted" Liz whispered as everyone laughed. 

"Dad, you were not suppose to tell her now" Haggai whispered as i looked at him with folded arm's. 

He stood up and moved closer to me. 

"I wanted to do this when mum and dad had rested and eaten but i also would love to do it now" he said. 

"Do what?" I asked with a raised eyebrow. 

"Dad and both my mothers can you please stand next to Bella" he asked as mother, father and mother grace moved closer and stood besides me. 

"I messed up big time when i rejected Bella, i did all those bad things to her, dad when you hit me i felt relived because i knew no parent wanted the worst for their own child" he said as i looked at dad surprised. 

"You hit him?" I asked. 

"More like kicked his ass" Ryan answered while he walked in. 

"Bella i deserved it, but he also forgave me, mother's, i want to thank you both for always standing strong for us, you are truly angels that we will always love, Bella..." He called as my heart beat wildly. 

"Marry me" he said as a laughed softly. 

"Sure after you kneel down" i answered as everyone laughed. 

Ryan threw him a silver box which he caught. 

"Next time don't leave out the ring in your proposal lover boy" he said as Haggai glared at him. 

Haggai went on his knee and opened the box. 

"Bella.. 

"Yes, i will marry you my alpha" i answered happily not caring about the question. 

He smiled as his eyes changed to a pure red. 

He stood up and put the ring on my finger then lifted me up and spined me happily as i laughed.
