Chapter 27

Haggai's p.o.v 

After mother applied medicine on my wound and bandaged it, i slowly leaped and went outside, i had no appetite to eat, the wound was hurting like a bitch and i couldn't heal without Stan, i slowly sat down under a big tree that was in front of the pack house with a deep sigh. 

I was worse than my father, i became the exact man i despised and worse, i hurt a lot of my pack members in the past years, i was so thirsty for power and strength that i never truly cared about them. 

The pack house door opened and Ryan came out, he approached me then sat down next to me. 

Why was he here? It was getting late, i wondered. 

"Hey why are you here?" I asked. 

He faced me then smiled. 

"To spend the night with you" he answered as i looked at him with disgust. 

"What the hell man, are you gay? You know i don't swig that way" i said angrily as he widened his eyes in shock. 

"What the fuck you sicko!! I'm here to accompany your balls outside, I'm not gay!! I'm here to keep you company the whole night as best friends, plus I'm your beta, i felt ashamed of myself when she poured water on you and cursed you, i should have done something to stop her" he said seriously. 

I chuckled lowly, Ryan was always like this, no matter how hard my punishment was he shared it with me, even when i was locked up by father in a cell, he sat outside the cell without food nor water, he just kept quiet for days until i was released, he truly was like my own blood brother. 

"Thanks but you don't have to do this" i said as he laughed. 

"Too late I'm doing it, she said no one was to give you anything that you could use to cover up, she didn't say no one wasn't allowed to accompany you" he said as i sighed lowly. 

"Plus Luna mother wanted to come outside to spend the night with you, luckily i talked her out of it" he said as i gratefully pat his back. 

"Thank you for stopping her" i whispered as i dropped my hand. 

"I still I'm in shock, you not only rejected the most powerful witch i had ever seen but you rejected your innocent mate and ordered her death, you really hurt her badly, I'm not siding with her or saying she did well with hurting you this way, I'm just saying i feel bad for both of you, if only there was a way to fix everything" he said lowly. 

I lay down on the ground and closed my eyes, i too wished there was a way i could take back the past, but sadly there was no way my wish would come true, this was the price i had to pay for being cruel and a monster to my own mate, Stan and mother. 

"Let's get some sleep tomorrow I'm sure it will be a cold day" he said

Bella's p.o.v

I woke up feeling restless, i couldn't sleep much any way, i took a bath and wore a bum short and put on a see through shirt that showed my small breast and nipples, it was hot i wanted to be in something comfortable, i put on my slippers and went downstairs, the house looked cleaned up and was quiet, i went outside and walked ahead looking at everyone, all who saw me looked down and continued doing what they were doing, the ladies were playing with the pups while the elderly woman were helping out, i went were the loud noises and grunts came from, the place was like a training ground filled with training equipment, the men were busy training, when i got closer they turned and looked at me, Haggai sat on a bench near the warriors who were all looking at me, when he saw me he stood up with a shocked expression. 

The warrior's whispered to one another quietly, some were looking at me with lustful eyes and Drew's, ewww. 

A tall good looking man with dark brown eyes and short blond hair stepped in front, he was well built and his muscle flex had me swallowing hard, god it was really a sin to be this hot, he was sexy but not more than Michael or Haggai, were all werewolves this breath taking? I wondered. 

Yesterday my mind was set on revenge that i had no time to look at anyone, i only saw my stupid ex mate and his mother, and i was a bit scared of the anger i felt, i ended up manipulating air in a negative way, although today was a new day, i felt a lot calmer sadly i was a little bit restless because of having sleepless night's. 

"I'm the beta of this pack, I'm called Ryan" he said as he extended his hand towards me. 

I nodded with a smile and shook his hand, I felt a cold shiver all over my body as the whispers got louder. 

I looked at our linked hands then at him, his eyes were on my breast. 

Oh fuck, my blouse was see through. 

Haggai approached me with an angry expression he lifted me up and threw me on his shoulder's. 

"She's still my mate, your Luna!! You don't get to lust after her!! Next time you fucking stare at her or even call her name i will kill you! And that goes to you too Ryan" he screamed as i struggled to be put down. 

"Sorry man, she's the one who was checking me out first" Ryan answered as i stopped struggling and closed my eyes. 

This was the worst, i felt like a huge pervet who was after hot men, i was so embarrassed. 

Haggai slowly walked away with me back inside the pack house and went to my room, he threw me on the bed angrily, i quickly sat upright and glared at him. 

"You can't go around dressed like that!! It's not respectful for a Luna!!! " he yelled.
