There was a Japanese tea table on the floor in the middle of the room as well as a Japanese-style bookcase and Ikebana, the Japanese art of flower arrangement. On the walls of the room, there were many calligraphy works, which seemed to be written by Nanako herself.

Charlie sent her back to her room and helped her into the room.

At her request, he helped her sit down on a futon in front of the tea table.

Charlie shook his head. “I don’t know, but it’s only one person, and he’s probably not here to harm you. Don’t say anything later; we’ll go with the flow!”
