Chapter 6

Bella's p.o.v

"Did she sneak out again?!!" I heard a mans loud voice yell.

I quickly woke up in fear breathing heavily.

I slowly sat upright and looked at the big bed i was in, the silk sheet fell from my body as i looked at myself carefully?

What the hell was I wearing?

I was wearing a tight dress Below knee length, drop waist with a loose, straight fit.

These were the dresses old forks used to wear in those days, i slowly stood up and stepped down looking at the room.

A round medium size mirror was hang on the wall near to a big wooden wardrobe, a few meters away was a desk table and chair, on the table were books, a bottle of ink and a lamp touch, i turned and looked at the other side of the wall, large expensive beautiful paintings were hang on the wall.

I moved closer and touched the paintings, they were so beautiful, a painting of a sunset and river reflecting the sun rays, i was so sure it would cost me a fortune if i wanted to get an art piece which was as good as this one.

"That foolish girl!! I will beat her to a pole!!!!!" The mans voice yelled as i heard heavy footsteps approach.

"Master please be calm" a soft female voice said loudly.

I was startled when my door was opened in a bang, a huge, tall, elderly man walked in and stood in front of me as the lady quickly stood next to me.

"Well young lady? Anything to say?" The man asked as i looked at him confused.

The lady pinched me as i moved a bit.

"Ouch! What did you do that for?" I asked looking at her.

"I don't believe this, did she became this sturbon?" The man asked angrily, the lady looked at me then dropped her gaze on the floor sadly.

"Look people, i really don't know you or have any idea what is going on, so would you kindly tone down with the yelling and let me go home?" I said in my most calmest tone when i felt a slap on my face, i stumbled and fell down in pain.

"You disrespectful child, you dare answer me in such a tone?!" He yelled in anger.

I looked at the lady who was looking at me sadly.

"Forgive her master she won't dare repeat such behavior again" she said lowly.

"She better not, and if i hear any news about her sneaking out again i will kill her" he yelled while he matched outside, the lady quickly helped me up.

I sat on the bed as she touched my cheek gently.

"Does it hurt?" She asked lowly.

"Yes" i answered.

"I'm sorry Karelia but next time try and refrain from answering back in such a rude tone, you know your father is a bad tempered man" she whispered as i faced her.

"Karelia? Father? what are you talking about?" I asked loudly.

"Karelia calm down" she said as i stood up.

"I'm not Karelia, my name is Bella" i yelled.

"Karelia please calm down" she whispered with forming tears.

"Mother" i whispered out then quickly covered my mouth.

Why did i say that? This lady was not my mother, she was just a stranger i had met.

"I know that your father is hard on you,and i know you don't like him that much, but please try and behave like the lady you are, not only are you sneaking out to meet that man, your are tarnishing the house hold name, we are already a laughing stock as it so please I'm begging you to behave" she said as i felt my heart ache, my heart was hurting seeing this woman sad, why was that? Despite her calling me someone else's name, i felt no anger towards her.

"I'm sorry" i whispered sadly.

"How about you take a bath before going down stairs?" She asked.

I slowly nodded as i stood up.

Tie your hair up properly, if you wont, it will end up getting wet like yesterday" she said as i went to the mirror and look at it then froze, i looked at the reflection with wide eyes, the lady i was staring at in the mirror was me but looked slightly different, my hair was long and pitch black, i had a beauty spot near my upper lip, which i have never had in all my life, i looked very beautiful but this was not me, i blinked as she also blinked, i opened my mouth, she too opened its mouth, i quickly touched my face while breathing heavily.

"Ahhhhhhhh" i screamed out as I fell down, the lady quickly stood up and rushed to me.

"Karelia whats wrong?" She asked while touching my head.

"No this is not me, I'm not her!" I screamed out loudly.

I stood up quickly and went to the door, i opened it and ran downstairs.

"Karelia!!" The woman screamed as i ran out of the house and into the street.

I continued running until i couldn't ran anymore, i breathed heavily feeling tired, i looked at the houses that were behind me.

This was not me.

"You are right, this is not you" a voice in my head answered back.

"Whose body is this? Why am i here!!?" I yelled not caring if anyone was watching, i didn't care if i looked like i was crazily talking to myself or not.

"This body is Karelia's body" it answered back.

"Who the hell is Karelia? And why am i in her body?" I asked.

"Karelia is me, as to why you are here in a different past, i want to show you something" it answered.

"Something like what? I want to go back home!! And why do i look a lot like you?" I screamed but heard no response.

"Hey answer me!! I don't want to be here, i really want to go home!!!" I screamed.

I slowly sat down on the ground with tears forming in my eyes, why was this happening to me, i hated my life.
