Chapter 16

"Get out of the car," a police officer said to us.

Terry came out of his car and it was

now remaining for me to come out.

"I can't believe a police officer had the guts to tell me to get out in the middle of the road... Like what the fuck?" I curse under my tone.

If I was to see his name, he might lose his job" I said in my thoughts.

"Ma'am please step out from the car, as this car does not belong to you," the police officer said to me.

"Why do you want me to step out of my boyfriend's car," I said to the officer looking at him up and down.

"Ma'am I need you to step out of this car, now," he said to me sounding commanding.

"I do not consent to searches," I said to him looking away.

"Stella, this is a police officer in front of you, just step out of the car and let him search," Terry said to me looking deep into my eyes.

"He has no right to stop us to search this car," I said to both Terry and the officer of the law.

I wind up the car window glasses and I locked the car from inside and I called my dad.

"Daddy, there's a police officer trying to harass me in the middle of barbel road"

"What are you even doing there?"

"Dad... I'm going... shopping, "

"Okay, just give me five minutes," he said to me and then the call was ended.

Soon after, a parade of soldiers was everywhere... And this was the best time to come out of the car.

I opened the door and the police officer looked afraid.

"Who are you really?" the officer says,

"She's the daughter of George Amelden" Terry murmurs under his breath.

"What?" he says looking at both me and Terry.

"Why did you not say so earlier" he rushes in his speech.

"Hold that fool," a soldier said from behind the officer.

"No, just let him go, he did not know who he was talking too... You guys can go now, and tell my dad that I am safe now" I said to the soldier commander as I went back into the car... Terry too gets into the car and we drove off.

We had now reached the store, I made sure I picked all I needed to travel with but I couldn't get a very expensive purse of my status.

So I did not get a purse, but I remembered to get Terry some boxers, trousers, and t-shirts, I had to forcefully buy it for him... Because he did not want me to get him clothes.

He drives me back home and I took my stuff out of his car taking them to my room, I rushed downstairs just to peep into my dad's room to see my mum and dad...Smooching, 

"Eww, so irritating..." I said in my thoughts as I turned to look away.

I guess they fell back in love again, or they are both playing politics again, as usual.

I rushed back outside and I got into Terry's car, he decides to take me to a restaurant but I refused. 

I told him to keep driving straight and he drove only straight.

"I have something to say... Terry," I said to him feeling like I should not say a word to him.

"Okay what's that," he says to me, "em, I would be traveling to New York for a vice president position my dad is offering me.

I have been thinking of it," I said to him but not completing all my words as I got interrupted by him.

"Really, I was born in New York," he says to me.

"What? That is your hometown!?" I said to him.

"Yeah, New York is an awesome place," he says to me.

"I would like to travel there, "

"So you want to leave me so soon?" he replies to me.

"Not really, I have one month to decide before I will travel over there," I said to him as his face now looks rock serious.

"What's with the face?"

"Well if your dad wants you to become a Vice President of his company then it means that you will become an automatic boss celebrity," he says to me with a smirk I found suspicious.

"So what is wrong if I become a celebrity," I said to him trying to understand from his point of view.

"What I mean is that, if you accept that offer then it means that you would be leaving me," he says to me as he holds my left hand and kisses it as he drives.

"I won't leave you behind, Terry, I promise"

"You promise?" he asked me.

"Yes, I promise not to leave you behind"

"So it is already about to rain, I think I need to take you back home now because it is getting late too," he says to me.

"No, I want to go to your house"

"But why?" he replies to me.

"I just want to be with you," I said to him, 

"The only thing I am afraid of is leaving the guy, I just fell in love with because of money and fame... If I leave him.

Then it will be as if I am like my mother... Who left her only daughter and husband to acquire more wealth and power," I said to myself in my thoughts.

He drives for a while with silence in between us.

We had now reached his house.

"Wait I almost forgot, I hate that your friend..."

"Don't worry it would be fine," he says to me and I can't help but believe his words.

It starts to rain hard and I rush out of the car together with Terry, heading into the house.

Terry holds my hand and he takes me into a room, 

"Be careful before I trip and fall down? "I said to him being as careful as possible.

"We have reached already, this is my room," he says to me with his chest on high and hard.

"Is that your bed?" I asked him looking at his small bed that looked like it could only Manage one person.

"Yeah it is, you can sleep on the bed," he says to me looking away.

I turned and removed my top wear, leaving only my bra on, then took off my tight jean trousers too, leaving my body with just my pant and bra, then I ask for the body cover and he hands It over to me with his face looking elsewhere.

I laid on top of his bed and I covered my self up... The rain pours more and I quickly text my dad, telling him that I would be sleeping in a hotel because of the heavy rain and he replied with_"be safe daughter"_and I replied him back with... "I will Dad, Goodnight and greet mum for me too, bye"

Then I dropped my phone on a small stool in his room and he positions himself down on the floor using only one pillow.

The rain continues to fall harder and harder and it got more cold and cold.

I looked down from the bed and I see that my charming prince had already slept, and I am wondering how he had pulled off his trousers and shirt.

He is just lying down bar chested with only his boxers on and is also shaking, I guess he is feeling cold.

"Terry comes up, on the bed, I think we can share," I said to him who seemed to be already sleeping... Hoping not to get a reply so that I could enjoy the whole bed to myself as I closed my eyes.

"Really? it's really cold, Thanks!" he says as he sits up, "what?... Come over" I said to him, wishing I did not disturb him earlier, now I have to share. He stands up and he took his position from behind me. A few minutes later he was too close to me.

And I freeze as I could feel him hard from behind me as he wraps his arms around my waist pinning me so tightly, to himself.
