Chapter 18

-Terry-

I opened the door just to see from afar... my friend, drunk and badly injured.

I rushed to him, with all my sexual hormones weakening because of this sight.

The bloody sight.

"Who did this to you?" I said to him.

"I won a bet and they refused to give me my money," he said to me with blood all over his lips.

"You should not have gotten into a fight, just look at how you are badly injured."

"Oh shut up, when did you start caring about me, FUCK OFF!" he says to me with his looks and voice stern.

"I don't want to ever see you in my house again" he shouts out to me as he stood up and walked straight into his room... shutting his door hard as usual.

"Terry is everything okay?" Stella says from behind me and I am praying to God that she did not hear the words that my friend had shouted out. She walks to me and she hugs my back from behind. "Don't worry everything will be okay, it seems that she did not hear what he had said.

"I am also getting fed off with Philip, he always gets drunk and gets to say rubbish," I said in my thoughts annoyed while molding my palm into a fist.

The reason I came into this dump country was to just get my certificates my parents had left here for me... I might be traveling back to New York anytime from now.

"What are you thinking about Terry?" She says to me holding me.

"No, everything is okay" I replied to her.

"let's go back to bed... I think your friend deserves those injuries" she says to me and I smiled following her back into the room.

We both lie down on the same bed and she closes her eyes or maybe she wants me to continue?

I don't want to make her know that my heart got bothered by the words of my friend and that my hormones had run all away, and had also turned into hurt.

"Do you want us to continue?" I said in an inaudible voice to her ears.

"Just go to bed, your friend surely ruined it," She says to me... Making me feel relaxed at the moment.

"Good night love," I said to her and she says the same to me as Her eyes closed and mines still opened.

The way my Friend keeps on emphasizing about his house keeps annoying me.

I bought almost everything he uses in his house but he seems to forget that.

I think It is time I rent a house for myself and afterward leave this country together with Stella or not" I said in my thoughts staring at her face.

I could not tell Stella that I had also gotten a job in New York, but I wonder why I kept silent when she talked about her getting a job in New York.

Sometimes I wished I came from a very rich family like every other lucky person out there.

Then my life will be so orderly as her life, she is so fucking lucky, not everyone was born on a silver spoon.

She seems to love me... Even though she now knows that I have got nothing to write home about.

I sometimes wonder how she pictures me in her mind, and she is even lying close to me now... It almost looks like we were meant to be... But the problem is with me.

Her family will definitely not want her to be with a guy like me, I am so sure of that_They will prefer someone that has a whole lot of cash.

That is why I need to work to look presentable in front of her parents, she turns and her arms wrap on my body making me feel like I should just be inside of her right now.

"I love you terry" she murmurs out In her sleep, I hold her to myself tightly and I closed my eyes... hoping that tomorrow and the next will be like this forever.

It is morning now and I just woke up. I can see Stella applying a lip gloss over her lips, "I have got to go now, I have a meeting with my dad," she says to me before I could even ask her the question of where she was heading to.

I stood up and went over to her, hugging her. "I want to drop you off"I offered.

"Oh! no need, my dad will come up with many questions when he sees us," she says to me bullshitting my help.

"So have you called your driver?" I said to her. "Yeah I have called my driver, don't you have a job you are doing?" she says to me.

"Yeah I am working"

"And where do you work?" She asked me.

"I work in Lugar corps, " I replied to her, 

"Oh, the security company"

"Yeah, I'm currently the personal security to the vice-chancellor," I said to her feeling a bit sad of what job I was doing.

"Okay, that's cool, that means you are a good fighter and wait... You use guns too?" she asked me.

"Yeah, I do" I replied to her feeling cool.

"Wow, It Is even way cooler than I thought," she says back to me with a smile.

"Hey just before you go, don't forget that you owe me one," I said to her as she is about to leave.

"And what is that?" she asked.

I walk closer to her pinning her to the door and looking straight into her eyes.

"I did not get to release last night and you released, just don't forget that you owe me one," I said to her smiling.

"Hehe, okay I promise," She says to me about to break my pinning but I hold her back and she leans back to the wall.

"What? I am already getting late you know?"

I leaned closer to her and gave her a deep kiss that I hope she will never forget.

Her hands cross over my neck and she kisses me deeply too.

"Goodbye love," she says to me, as I moved away from the door allowing her to pass and following her from behind.

"Goodbye love," I said back to her as she entered her driver's car, with her hands waving at me.

"I love you, Stella," I said in my thoughts as I watched her car drive away, then I Suddenly got pushed out roughly.
