Chapter 4

Bella's p.o.v

"Why would you do that!!!!" A deeper manlier voice yelled out.

I slowly opened my eyes and bite my lower lip trying to get used to the painful headache i was feeling.

I sat upright and looked at the ground as my blurry vision became clear, i looked at the body which was next to me, Andy was laying down completely covered in blood, i quickly shook him with forming tears.

"I'm not dead yet love" he whispered in a painful grant.

I quickly released a deep breath, i had no idea i was holding in.

"You don't look good, you are badly injured, i need to get you out of here quickly, can you stand?" I asked as he coughed lowly.

"Bella, we can't leave, look around you" he said as he lifted his hands.

His hands were chained to a big rock which was on the floor, who could do such a thing to him? I looked around and gasped in shock, we were in a big room surrounded by many richly dressed people, i smiled happily.

"Andy, they can help us" i said as Andy faced me, his one eye was closed, swollen and badly bruised, his face had many cuts, why wasn't he healing? Vampires healed pretty quickly, like werewolves, if they encountered small injuries it took them less minutes, if it was severe injuries they took an hour or so, but why wasn't he healing?

"You don't get it do you? The stories i told you are real Bella, everyone in here is not a friend, they wont help us, actually they are here to buy us, these people you are seeing in here are not only criminal vampires, there are werewolves, witches, Lycans and hybrids involved" he whispered as i shook my head refusing to believe him.

"Can we start the binding?" An old man yelled out while looking at me.

A huge man stepped closer to me and held my jaw tightly as a scream escaped me.

"I told you already didn't i? Handle her with care, she's mine, i will be the one taking her home" a voice i have heard before said loudly in the crowd, the huge man let go of my jaw and walked away, i watched as Mr Hemsworth stepped out of the crowd.

I looked at him confused, why was he here?

A lady stepped in front of him with a smile.

"You must be mistaken Mr Hemsworth, i recall very well you were looking for a female alpha to take as a mate in order to improve your pack and became the strongest alpha and pack there is" she said.

"Well yes, not only a female alpha would do, i wouldn't mind taking any strong supernatural for a mate you know, and right now you are really upsetting me, how can you be mistreating my mate in front of my pack and friends? Quickly let her go!!" He yelled as i cried tears of relief.

The girl laughed softly.

"Mr Hemsworth are you sure? Do you really want us to hand over to you just a mere human?" She asked as my mate looked at her with a blank expression.

"What do you mean a mere human? Isn't she a powerful supernatural?" He asked loudly.

"No, that's what we thought too at first, when Yevone made her bending spell, the girl couldn't break free, we all know very well, any powerful supernatural can never be bind by such a spell, it could only tie them for a few minutes and later they would break free, this girl is just a mere human, if you don't believe me you can try asking her or i can check her out for you to make sure" she said lowly.

My mate turned and faced me.

"Is what she said true? I know you can't lie to me, we are mates after all, i can see through your lie, so tell me" he said softly as my tears turned into tears of sorrow.

Was this really the same guy who was a prince charming in my eyes?

"Answer me please" he whispered lowly.

"I'm sorry, I'm just a mere human, i learnt about mates and supernaturals from Andy, we are still mates, we can work it out even if I'm human right?" i asked lowly as he laughed out loudly.

"Fuck!!! Fuck!!!!! How come you are telling me this now Tori??!!!! You couldn't have told me sooner before we even gathered here!?!" He yelled at the girl that was facing him.

"I'm sorry Mr Hemsworth, i had no idea you would take interest in her" she answered.

"Tori you know i fucking hate weak creatures, a human is the worst!! You could have told me sooner, i wasted my kind words on trash like her, i can't believe it, i went as far as following her and kissing her just to win her heart, i thought she was a supernatural!!!!! Fuck!!!!! What a waste of time and pretence!!" He yelled as i looked at him in shock.

Were those bad, ugly heartbreaking words coming from the man that was my mate?

"What should we do with them?" She asked.

"Kill them!!!! I want them dead, I'm willing to pay double the amount of our normal for their death, i can't believe i wasted my precious time on a bitch" he spat as he moved closer and looked at me with a disgusted look.

"I Haggai Hemsworth, Alpha of the highmoon park, reject you bella as my mate and luna of my pack" he said as i felt a sharp pain stab my heart.

I sobbed loudly in pain, so it was true? A rejection hurt like a cutting knife, a cold hand held mine, all the pain i felt was gone in a a flash, i slowly looked at the hand then its owner, Andy looked at me with a sad face, i felt better having him with me at this hour.

"You look good together you pathetic trash, Tori please remove these trash in my sight and clean up the mess" he commanded as i heard laughter from all corners of the room.

I watched with a painful heart as my so called mate went out of the room without a single look or glance behind.
