Chapter 47

When Joelle arrived at the scene, she realized that it was an advertisement for the medieval princess clothing range of a studio that designed costumes.

Since the studio was newly established and hadn’t gained much fame yet, they could only afford the low advertising fee that Seth’s company had proposed.

Seth approached Joelle with a sly smile. “Hi, Miss Joelle, may we proceed with your makeup, hairdo, and change of clothes, please?”

Could Joelle still refuse at this point?

She shrugged indifferently and let the stylists work around her like a team of busy bees.

She had a very nice complexion and good skin condition. Her skin was fair, smooth, and flawless. She already looked beautiful and refined without daily makeup, but once touched up with makeup, it amplified the delicate feature on her face and there was even a bit of seductive enchantment between her eyes.

Her coral-black long hair hung down her back like a waterfall. Several tassel hairpins were pinned around the hair buns, shining like bright stars as she moved her head slightly.

After the makeover, Joelle walked out of the dressing room wearing a long pearl-white corset dress. She emerged like a fairy descending from the sky that caused everyone’s jaws to drop in astonishment!

The spring breeze was blowing across the green leaves on the willow trees that danced rhythmically. The flowers blooming on the bushes enhanced the greenish backdrop, emphasizing the warming spring scenery.

However, even the most breathtaking scenery paled in comparison to Joelle’s appearance!

The wind seemed to be still and the whole scene had frozen when the beautiful girl in a white dress walked slowly into the set. An angelic aura radiated from her like she was a pure goddess descended from heaven…

Seth and the fellow photographers stared at her in a daze, a series of ‘oh my’ and ‘d*mn’ came out of their mouths!

“Wow, you look like a real fairy!”

“Oh my god, you’re so beautiful! I can’t even…”

“Too bad I have a very limited vocabulary, I can only think of ‘oh d*mn’ and ‘oh my god’, nothing else!”

The staff members who were waiting by the side also started to compliment her in awe, one after another.

“Wow, the lady is even more beautiful than the second-rate models who were so cocky and pompous!”

“No wonder Mr. Wright doesn’t want to hire those models, I would have done the same!”

Everyone in the studio continuously praised Joelle’s beauty and charm, yet only Seth knew of Joelle’s true identity. None of the company’s employees knew that she was not here to save the show, but rather, she was the behind-the-scenes boss holding the majority of the company’s shares!

Joelle was very calm and composed in contrast to the crowd’s overwhelming admiration. She said casually, “How would you like to start?”

She looked at Seth directly since he was the person in charge of this shoot. She didn’t want to show her face, and certainly, he must have a way to take pictures without her face. It was not her problem to think of a solution.

Seth was known as a creative genius, so he wouldn’t let Joelle be disappointed.

He handed her a deer mask and said, “We have to take the pictures with your face in it, but with this mask, no one would be able to recognize you.”

“Alright.”

Joelle took it and put it on instantly.

The deer mask was designed in an exquisite shape that covered most of her face, with only her sharp chin and her plump red lips exposed.

Everyone in the studio was rather disappointed that such elegant and alluring facial features had to be covered by the mask. However, on a second glance, a more mystifying and unique aura started to form around the charming lady. Her spirit transcended between nobility and leisure, with every move and step she took carrying vibrant style and character!

The photographers and the lighting assistants exchanged glances in awe. They couldn’t help the excitement and jow in their hearts that they quickly grabbed their tools and started the shoot. The clicking sounds of the cameras never stopped for the entire day…

When Seth observed the photo shoot, he was very glad that he made the right decision!

A total of nine different styles and outfit had been prepared for this commercial shooting, such as the warrior-style skintight dress in flaming red, the elegant and graceful long-tailed dress in lush green, and the gentle and mellow pink off-shoulder dress with fluffy sleeves…

Each style and presentation perfectly illustrated the vibe and mood that the designer aimed to express.

After the shoot, Joelle got changed into her clothes and returned to school.

Seth stayed back and personally supervised the post-processing and editing of the shots. After a day’s efforts, the final videos and pictures were produced and Seth personally presented them to the client.

The client’s name was Stanley Lloyd. He and several like-minded friends had established the medieval princess costume studio. Since their studio lacked capital and fame, he looked for Seth’s advertising company that was once bankrupt for their commercial in order to save costs.
