When I woke up, I was in a hospital bed. The baby in my tummy stretched out and and there was a bit of pain but it was a sign that it’s alive.

I suddenly thought of my best friend. My heart beat faster. I wanted to see him, to know that he is okay. I would never be able to forgive myself if anything happened to him.

This accident happened because Marcus had tried to abort my child.

Please let him be alive, I silently prayed.

\"Tom is late. You can never be able to be anything.\"

I quickly got off my bed and waddled towards the nurse station, dragging my IV drip with me.

\"Nurse, where is my companion? We were in an accident.\"
