KIISHA    "Get me my phone from the staff room," Miss Edna ordered Jared who was at the entrance of the class, he was just coming back from the cafeteria with his friends. Joshua and Quadri entered the class while Jared went to the staff room. Miss Edna turned to the board as she wrote Oral English. Oh! I hate this aspect in English, it's always the one making me have eighty in English, though the class was always interesting considering the fact that we do joke with the pronunciation of the sounds. "We'll be looking at Consonants sounds," she said as she turned to the teachers table, she was looking for something, other students whispered while she did this.

 KIISHA Friday came quickly and it was Valentine. We had a speech competition from each class, this was one thing we do during Valentine, each class picks a title from the bucket list and comes out to present. Our class had chosen 'the Origin of Valentine' and Chike had represented our class and he came second. The PECULIAR class had won and our class was given a new wall clock.  After the speech, we all went back to the field for practice. The day went by fast and it was already evening, everyone were preparing for the Valentine Ball which would hold by 7:00pm. "Wow, you're just too beautiful in this cloth, where did you get it from?" Kiiti asked as I walked to her in my red turkey gown and white open toe wedge.

KIISHA Finally, we left the Royal Hall by 8:30pm and we all went back to our hostels. The Ball had been wonderful and it's one thing I can never forget. "Oya let's open our gifts," Kiiti said when we finally settled down after changing into our night gown. "That's true," Kiishi nodded in agreement. "Who will go first?" JARED Seconds went by and she didn't go. What's really wrong with this girl? Kiisha would be here any minute from now because we were going to my dad's company to collect the conical flasks and I didn't want her to meet Sharon, she would surely spoil my plans. "Sharon, you have to go, I need to go see my dad," I said in a convincing manner, she closed my photo album and jumped down my bed. "Well, my classmates too are coming over to my place, so I need to go too," she replied with a smile. I smiled and fist bumped the air when she turned to pick up her phone from the bed. "Won't you see me off?" she questioned with a raised eyebrow. 

 JARED The door protested and I looked up from my video game as I wondered who could it be. I was the only one at home except Chichi who can't come to my room except with my permission. The appearance of Sharon and two other girls answered my thought. She walked up to me with a big smile and pecked me. I didn't even know why she was here? KIISHA It was the day before our inter house sports and we were to engage in several sports so as to have time for the field and track events tomorrow, so technically our inter house sports has started already. We were all forced to go to the field to watch the football, it was the first sports on the programme followed by table tennis. Kiiti asked with concern, she was the first to hear my sound, she proceeded to wake Kiishi who had been sleeping like a log of wood. I groaned in pain as I tossed in bed. "Are you okay?"   KIISHA Finally, our exams ended and everyone were relieved but our preparation for the competition doubled so far the written exam was in two days time. Kiishi had got back yesterday with the good news, she'd qualified for the last round in the National essay competition. "Now, tell me your scores, starting from Idiat," our Physics teacher ordered, we were at the JETS' club room having our last preparation for the competition, currently we'd just finished an exam which had been set by the school on our laptops. Since we completed our exams yesterday, we've been doing several tests and exams in preparation for the InterswitchSPAK. Idiat stood up and said, "85 sir," she ended it with a smile.

KIISHA I didn't apologize. No, I couldn't apologize because I tried to. After Kiiti told me to apologise, I tried seeing him before I left for home but my driver arrived early and I had no other choice than to go home. A day after I got home, I decided to go to his place but I only met his mum who told me he had left for Spain, he had gone to Lyra's place so soon. I returned home and chatted with my friends who were also spending their holiday outside the country, Kiishi was going to New York while Kiiti went to Miami. "Daddy," my siblings squealed immediately my dad got into the house. JARED "The result is out," Kiisha shouted as she barged into my room with a smile. I got back few days earlier since school was resuming in three days time. "Really?" I asked as I looked up from my video game. "Yeah," she replied before reaching for my laptop, she knew my password so it was easy for her to log in, I walked over to her as she typed hastily on it. Seconds later, the result displayed itself. "91," she shouted, jumped up and hugged me, I hugged her back with smiles dancing on our lips till she released herself. "Won't you check yours?" she inquired when she finally withdrew from my hug, I missed the warmth
