Ben sat on her armchair rocking the chair back and forth her mind was far away from the screen in front of her.

She needed to revenge, he must pay for calling her a dumb head by telling her she wasn't smart.

Seeing him everyday, walking into the office elegantly without worries irked her so much and she vowed to do something that would make him cringe.

And what would that be?

Mrs Hadiza walked into the office and informed her the director ordered her to make some coffee for him.

"That's not part of my job description, or is it?" She asked uncertainly, hoping for a negative answer.

"Of course it is, you are his secretary." Mrs Hadiza smiled at Ben, she disliked that harmless smile now.

Ben frowned, annoyed she had to make coffee for her boss she didn't like him a bit.

Then suddenly an idea crossed her mind, she jumped startling Mrs Hadiza.

"Coffee! Perfect! Yeah coffee it is." She giggled "How does he likes his coffee, with or without sugar?" She asked.

"With very little sugar, a cube to be precise and plenty of milk." Mrs Hadiza told Ben, wondering why her mood lighted up suddenly.

"Okay." She stood up hurriedly to get a cup, she rinsed it and rushed to the coffee tap, she opened it and fetched some from it. Mrs Hadiza shook her head and went into her office.

Ben got to the store and picked milk and sugar out, she poured some milk and a very large amount of sugar into the cup, she stirred the mixture and gave herself a satisfactory smile. Picking up the cup, she walked into the director's office without knocking.

He was receiving a call when she trotted into his office, he looked her way and ended the call, he dropped the phone on the table and faced her.

"You should knock before barging into my office." He frowned.

"Sorry Mr Director, I have some files in my right hand and a cup of coffee in my left hand, I couldn't knock so I opened the door with my legs. Or should I go back and knock?" She asked smiling.

"Forget it, give me the coffee." She placed the coffee on the table and smiled again.

"Here sir." She looked up at the lights beaming out of the chandelier.

"You can leave." He commanded.

"I brought the files containing the promotion list you asked me to type, so I want you to look into it for corrections. I will wait till you're done with your coffee. Standing doesn't hurts, its bearable." She lied, she only wanted to see how horrible he'd look when he sips that coffee.

"Huh?" He carried the cup and placed it on his mouth, Ben was staring intently at him. "What?" He asked and she looked away quickly.

"Nothing." She smiled.

"Better be nothing." If only he knew, he sipped the tea and scrunched his face,

Then he stirred it together and drank very fast, oops! He couldn't take it in.

He ran into the closet and puked everything out.

Meanwhile, Ben just stood there enjoying the drama her boss was performing, she regretted not coming in with her phone.

A video record of his reactions would have been something funny to watch everyday.

He got out of the closet, banging the door angrily.

"What was what?" He asked fuming with anger, Ben tried to suppress her laughter.

"Coffee sir." She replied innocently.

"Coffee or Poison? Do you realize I could get diabetes from drinking that poison you call coffee?" He pointed at the cup on the table, his handsome face wore a weary look. He was so mad and that was exactly what Ben wanted. She smirked inside of her, praising herself for a job well done.

"How was I to know you don't take sugar?" She continued playing the innocent girl.

"Are you dumb? Even if I was a sugar addict! Would I take that much sugar?" He looked at her fiercely.

"I don't know sir." she bowed her head and grinned secretly.

"Ya Allah." He looked up.

"Sir, today's coffee won't give you diabetes and suddenly, she started laughing.

"You looked so funny when you ran into the closet." He should have known better when she was smiling, he should have known she was up to something bad.

"You did that intentionally right?"

"Aye Captain." She saluted him mockingly and laughed again. "I worked so hard to get a first class degree in school, and you come to tell me my degree doesn't make me smart. I had to prove to you that you don't vindicate people just like that and I hope this serves as a lesson to your pompous ass."

"Do you realize I'm the director of this company? I could get you sacked! I could write a query to the government telling them you're a threat to my company!" He fired at her.

"Pls do. To start with, I never wanted to work here I don't know why I was posted here in the first place. You can go ahead and do whatever that's on your head. I don't care!" She looked at him and walked out of the office, she stopped by the door and looked back at him smirking she said to him. "Enjoy your coffee sir." She closed the door and did a victory dance. "I might get sacked any moment from now." She danced again, then she remembered she had to call Esther, her partner in crime.

"Bes, you needed to see his face when he drank the coffee." Ben started.

"What coffee?" Esther asked.

"The best coffee I made for him." She laughed.

"What did you do Ben?" Esther was worried, she knew what Ben could do.

"I gave him a dosage of his own medicine,

I poured an half pack of sugar in his coffee and it was sweet."

"What? Ben! That was too much!" Esther scolded.

"He said I'm not smart, I had to teach him a lesson." She told Esther.

"Well bad for him, he shouldn't have messed with my bestie." Esther said.

"Now, I love you." Ben laughed, glad she had her best friend's support.

"But Ben, do you know something?" Esther asked.

"What's that?" She asked curiously.

"You're actually dumb." Esther laughed, she knew what was coming for her.

"Hadassah!" Ben yelled. "I will call you back when I get home though." She ended the call and looked towards the director's office, she smiled and started to type on the keyboard.
