Chapter 4

Elara woke up the next day. And she feels like she has been tortured, her body is aching and sore. Especially down there.

"ugh. What happened to me? "

She asked herself. Her whole body is aching. She tried to move her legs, but it only worsens the pain.

Ouch! What did the hell happen? Why is my whole body aching and sore? And damn, I can't feel my legs.

She sighs and looks around; she then realized that she's in an unfamiliar room.

She is so sure that this is not Mia's room.

She tried to sit on the bed, but she couldn't move. She looks down in between her thighs and what she saw shocked her the most.

She is naked!

She widens her eyes and looks around, and then her eyes saw a glimpse of a guy on the bed beside her. He was sleeping in the same bed with her. And he is also naked.

Oh my god! What happened? D-did we d-do it?

Her head is full of chaos; she couldn't think straight. Even though her body is aching, she tried her best to get up, and she groans quietly in pain.

She looks around, and she found her dress on the floor, she grabs it, and she quickly wears her underwear and clothing.

Her eyes caught something on the bed—its blood.

Her blood.

Oh no... We really did it!

She creeps at the door and grabs the doorknob, but before she could get out, she took a glance on the man who is still sleeping on the bed.

He's handsome. But I still did it. To a stranger! I am such a stupid girl!

She opened the door and ran fast even she is feeling pain down there, but she doesn't care.

She keeps on running while tears streaming down her face.

She felt so stupid and ashamed of herself. If only she didn't let Mia brought her to the club and drink last night, then this won't happen to her.

This is all her fault!

What if she gets pregnant? She doesn't even know the guy's name; she only saw his face.

And if she gets pregnant, then who would take her responsibilities to support her sick grandmother and her brother?

She stopped running and sat on the bench at the park.

She burst into tears.

"Why? Why are you so stupid? How can you let this thing happened? "

She regrets everything.

If only she could bring back the time, she is sure that she won't do this such thing.

Now, she hopes and prays that she will not get pregnant.

In Owen" s Company

He walked with his heavy steps and with confidence. His eyes are cold and emotionless.

He walked with his heavy steps. Liam's dark expression scared every staff in the hall. They would step aside then bow to their boss.

Liam ignores every woman who would greet him and smile seductively at him.

He walked inside his office with his secretary following him like a dog.

He sat down on his swivel chair and started to do his work.

"What's my appointment for today? "

He said in his serious voice without looking at the person in front of him.

His secretary quickly looks at his boss schedule.

"Siri, you have a meeting at 9 a.m with Mr Lim. And after that you're appointment at exact 12:00 in the afternoon, you will have your lunch together with your mother. "

Liam sigh when he heard his mother. He knew why she wants to have lunch with him.

"Tell her that I'm busy today. "

"Okay, Sir. And before lunch, you are scheduled to meet Ms Bae at the army's restaurant. "

"That's all? "

"No, Sir. The Boards want to talk to you at 3 p.m, and they said you need to attend their meeting cause it's essential. "

"Okay, you may leave now. "

His secretary nodded and left.

At exact 9 a.m, Liam had a meeting with Mr Lim, the owner of Lim's enterprise. And he knew the older man wanted to invest in his company again.

The meeting lasted for 2 hours, and now he is sitting again on his swivel chair and doing some work on his laptop.

The woman underneath him said, her face is filled with pleasure as he's thrusting inside her. Moving faster and faster than before.

He stopped typing on his laptop when the memory of last night filled his mind. Again.

He is having a hard time working because of what happened last night.

When he remembers his ex-girlfriend, it will ruin his day. He then remembers that he should be avoiding women and hate them.

Because they are all the same.

A bitch, a slut and a gold-digger.

His fist clenched when he let himself last night to have sex to a woman he just met.

Maybe that woman is the same as Ave. I shouldn't have done that to her. They are all the same.

He took a deep breath and grab his suitcase and walk outside his office. He has a meeting with Ms Bae today.

Great! I will encounter another Bitch.

"Remember I want a responsible employee in my restaurant. I wouldn't say I like the stupid and irresponsible staff. Get it? "

The old lady said in a severe tone. Elara nodded obediently.

She got her new job this morning and luckily she got hired.

She's been thinking about what happened to her last night and what will be the consequences if she did. But instead of staying at her apartment, she got out and looked for a job.

She has to set aside those negative thoughts on her mind and to look for a job instead.

And here she is, standing and serving every customer in this restaurant.

She's been working since 7 a.m, but she doesn't care. Does she need money? Then she has to work hard for it.

As she was working something caught her eyes.

A very familiar guy talking to a woman in front of him.

It's him! I will never forget that face.

She's been staring at them for a long time, admiring the man's features. He is really handsome.

No wonder she gave herself to him.

But... Why is he with another woman?

Is she his girlfriend?

Why does she felt her heart aching at that thought?

It's just a one night stand.

But why does she felt the urge to approached them and slapped that woman with him?

Why am I feeling this? Why am I jealous?

She looks at them again, and she saw how serious he is talking with that woman in front.

His eyes were cold and emotionless, that's not the guy she met last night.

His eyes were not like that last night when she was with him.

She was snapped out of her thoughts when she saw the woman's hands caressing Liam's hand. And she felt the urge to cut that woman's hand.

But Liam's face is still emotionless.

Maybe I should say jus-

"Elara what are you doing there? Focus, and do your work! "

She heard the angry voice of her boss. Then she snapped out of her reality. She forgot that she was working.

Damn, I should work. Or else I will lose this job.

She serves a drink to a customer; then she slowly glances at Liam and to her surprised.

He was now staring at her.

She widens her eyes as heat run through her cheeks as she remembered last night.

She quickly looks away and focuses on serving the other customer.

But she couldn't focus. From time to time, she would glance at Liam, and he is still staring at her ignoring the woman who was talking to him. He is only looking at her.

And that made her heart beat faster again.
