After the meeting ended, as usual me and my 5 minister are having our meeting. Needless to say the atmosphere was a little bit gloomy.

"Sir, Don't you think the deal was kinda one sided?..it looks as if we gave up our resource too much and earned to little…". (Andrea)

She was worried, because the resource that we promised to provided were actually a high quality products.

"it might looks that way..but remember we sell them the resource, not giving them out for free…as for the training, it was nothing, we can just send our instructor there and trained their soldier for a few months…as a matter of fact, this deal will bring immense gold for years to come…".

Everyone nodded at my reasoning, I don't really worried about what I gave them in the trade, all the things I provided were nothing but a common item that I can get easily. Of course for everyone in Fantasma the products that Aeternum provided were very expensive and rare to obtain, the ladies worries was understandable, but I just agreed to sell 1 bundle of paper which worth only about 20 dollar for 100 gold coins which equivalent to 350 dollar, i definetely gaining more than i'm losing.

"By the way, we also got a steady supplies of well educated worker from C.O.S.A.W..to them those low caste people were expendable, but to us it was precious..with their knowledge in magic combined with our modern educations…I believe we can produce more unimaginable stuff in the future….".

of course Aeternum still lack populations and manpower, but a professional magic worker is even hard to obtained, and for the vision that I had in mind, I absolutely cannot passed the opportunity.

Of course Elijah who understand my standing point understood the whole points. The deal was devised for Aeternum not to lose anything (To others it may looks as if we losing) instead we gain more popularity,credibility and prestige in the trade.

"By the way sir, what are going to do with all the refugee?..Though Dukedom and Hallerus already agree to let them in, majority of them has express their intentions on entering our nations..especially the one in the Tri-Nation Valley…". (Mina)

"We can refuse them…they are part of the people that had animosity towards the non-human races…..I'm sure you all have suffers at the hands of the church before…you all can decide what happened to them..either choices I will support..".

In this matter, though the refugee was kinda pitiful, but they were all believer of the church, surely most of them carry the same sentiment of their faith. I already hate church, should I accept them freely without the considering my own people feelings, trouble will surely rise. i liked Non-human, they were much easy to connect to, I also loved looking at them, they give me the fantasy feelings that this world supposed to be. Hearing my opinion the whole table was silent, the ladies exchange several glances with each others.

Instead of showing a pained expression, all of them agreed.

"If you say so..then let them in..let them through the mandatory citizenship program..but instead of the normal program…intensified the teaching process and extend the period…Sebastian..".

I already have a feeling that my ladies will surely accept all those refuges, in fact I also had the same thought that's why I already have a program set up for it. A mandatory citizenship program is something I devised to made all the soon to be citizen understood the law and culture of Aeternum and at the same time creating the sense of anticipations, belongings. Heightened their hopes and completely made them leave their old lifestyle and made them a completely receptive individual to freely entered Aeternum.

As for the Brainwashing Program that will be implemented, I decided the intensity will be maximize to make sure not only when they leave they will forget the church teaching but also hated them, I also will turned their diet to only a normal one, none of the diluted status increasing ingredients will be given to them unlike the previous batch of citizen,considering their numbers, I can't have the new citizen have the chances to compete with the pre-existence citizen at least not until their loyalty were confirmed. On top of the intensified program they will also be given the new 'On Body Identifications Card', it's kinda similar to the in body electronic ID on Earth except this thing were made by combining electronical technology and magic, it's not only act as an ID but also as a monitoring devices.

i could actually enslaved all them, but i chose not to. i don't like slavery but I'm not hypocrite enough to say I wanted to rid them. In my opinion in this world and era, against such things were unrealistic. Aeternum were also have slave probably in the future, but it will be monitored closely, and probably it will only existed as a capital punishments. But I'm sure as the time advance this kind of caste class will be eliminated from Fantasma.
