Aeternum after a few days of the celebration night, had enter the usual atmosphere, almost all the undead collaboration army already leave New city and headed for their own regions. Of course the independent individual such as adventurer and small mercenary group still remained, looking for some odd job in the city, some already buying a properties with intentions to resides in The New City.

New City were also for the first time allowed the 3 neutral guild open their branch in the Commercial District, of course unlike the usual procedure that they 3 guilds opened for free, I decided that they had to pay a taxes. Of course the Adventurer, Mercenary and Merchant guilds tried to persuade us that they should be operated without taxes, saying that we will absolutely needs their power and their vast network. In the end with Andrea with and assurerance that Aeternum will do fine alone, and since the previous battle already prove that, the Guilds representative knew that they had to surrendered to the terms, because if they don't they will lose a profitable spot.

The refugee also has started their Mandatory citizenship program, the participant not only come from the Tri-Nation Valley but also from the other 2 border (Half of it, as some refugee on the border decided to enter the Dukedom and Hallerus). Still all the refugee attended the Program has reached 200 000 participant, the program had to be done in batches, luckily there's no problem arise at the compound.

Still Mina who in charge of Aeternum National Security reported that the whole program might took 3 months or more to complete and finally all the refugee will be allowed to entered New City, all that were still in acceptable time for Aeternum, as there still about 5 months before the new year and the estimated time for the Monster tide Months. Right now all the operations in Aeternum back to normal, the military were only given 4 days of holiday before resuming to assault the nearby dungeons and quelling the monster gathering spots.

As for me of course I went back my peaceful mansion tending to my garden. Though I only leave my mansion for only 1 and a half week, my Ygdrasil tree already lush with greens, It was very calming to stay near the trees which already reach 2 meter high, magic tree are really magical indeed.

What I saw was a giant head, just the sight of it I knew it's belong to a dragon because it looks similar to Armadillo Lizard, it looks magnificent, the scale was darkish golden that gliters ever slightly when the sun light reflected on them. Unlike the rumours it's golden eyes were not filled with insanity nor savageness but it's reflected wisdom and warmth. AS I look at it I got a feeling that this Dragon was quite old, because it's under eyes were baggy and full of wrinkle.

But suddenly the large head shrinks and turns to a figure of an old lizard demi-human wearing a grey robe and holding a long iron staff. He gracefully hover in the air and land in my garden right in front of me, following my gesture, he nodded and sat beside me, at my garden gazebo.

"What a great mana tea…hm?…you even have a world tree in here?….hmm?…it's from the old tree…how rare..". (Griksu'um)

The atmosphere was around the garden was like the normal afternoon tea time between 2 old friend.
