Chapter 5: Escaped

Third Person POV:

Erica was getting mercilessly dragged by Samrat Singh who didn’t bother that she had fallen down and covered up in beach sand all he did was dragged her towards his massive mansion, erica somehow managed to get up on her feet, once she was up she saw a gigantic and beautiful glass mansion in front of her eyes which was guarded by at least twenty guards from all around, there was dense forest behind the glass mansion, once they reached to door few guards who were in front came and greeted Samrat however he just ignored all of them and

moved inside along with Erica , his guards opened the massive door of his glass mansion for him, once they were inside Erica turned her head to take a look at his mansion but before she could get a complete view of it Samrat pulled her all the way towards his basement and pushed her inside and locked the door, Erica who was now lying on cold floor of dark basement didn’t seem bother about her surrounding , she hit her head to floor when Samrat threw her inside and fresh blood started oozing from her head on left side, in last 24 hours she was beaten nearly to death, raped and tortured, her whole body was in pain and broken and now her eyes had also given up, her eyelid became heavy and soon she was engulfed into darkness meantime Samrat came to his study room after he locked Erica in his basement, he opened one of his expensive whiskey and gulped whole bottle in one go, after  finishing whole bottle Samrat crashed his body on nearby comfy chair and laid his head backward , he was relaxing his muscles when suddenly his study door flew open and James came in , he walked towards him and asked him “Is she here?” , Samrat turn his head up to see James standing in front of him , he simply nodded  on james question getting up from his seat toward his bar cabinet “Marcus wants to know if he should kill her brother ?” James questioned “Not so early but break him everyday” Samrat spoke in plain tone picking up another whiskey bottle from his cabinet and walking out of his study, Samrat walked upstairs towards his bedroom and pushed opened it , he brought his whiskey bottle towards his lips and start drinking, he again gulped down whole bottle and threw away empty bottle on the floor, he moved towards his bed and slammed his body on it and drifted in deep sleep.

Next day Samrat woke due sound of mobile buzzing coming from nearby table , someone was calling him from last whole hour, he flutter open his eyes and sat up straight on his bed, resting his back to headboard he looked around and felt a throbbing pain in his head due to yesterday events and whiskey , he never gets hangover but he was tired from all chasing activities he did because of Erica, he ran his both hands up and down his face and turn to see saw digital table clock beside his bed which was showing 3.00 pm it was already late in afternoon, he got up from his bed and walked up straight inside his bathroom, after taking a long hot shower which lasted for almost an hour , he got out with relax  muscle, after changing into comfortable clothing Samrat checked his phone which show several missed call most from his families , friends and business calls, he ignored all missed call and dialled one number which was of his Step sister ‘Samara’, within one ring she picked up his call “Were are you Brother, I been calling you since long time” she said through other line “ Whats the matter Samara” Samrat said Coldly “When are you going to get her sign those papers?” his sister asked in curious tone “You need not to worry about that , you just take care of your health” Samart informed her with concerned tone, “Okay I will brother, Brother?” she said “Yes” Samrat questioned her “What are you planning to do with her brother?” she asked curiously “She will pay for every pain she caused you , she will pay it by her blood” Samrat informed her in most dangerous tone , “I gotta now, I call you later okay” Samrat said with soft tone “Okay brother, Love you” samara said “Love you too” Samrat said and hunged up call, Samart threw away his phone on bed and sat moved out of room , while walking out he was remembering his sister every cry, every sob, every pain she was in these few years because of erica and his blood boiled with anger.

Samrat went down and saw Emma who was caretaker of his mansion already setting food on table for him, Emma smiled as soon as she saw Samrat walking down but Samrat ignored her and moved straight towards dining table, he sat on ‘head of table’ chair, Emma walked toward him and started filling his plate with Eggs , Rice and Chicken stew, when James

came in he walked towards Samrat holding some documents in his hands , Samrat motion James to take seat beside him and join him for lunch “Here are the documents you asked for, all terms and conditions included as instructed” James said sliding document file towards Samrat who was concentrating on eating stuff pork pot up with chicken stew and garlic rice, “Good , eat now” Samrat said and emma started filling plate for james as well, Both james and Samrat finishes their lunch, and cleaned their hand in finger bowl which emma got for them, Samrat picked up documents and without a word went towards basements james followed him behind, they stopped in front of basement big black door which was lock from outside, Samrat opened it and went ahead to switch on its lights only to see a non moving body of Eric lying covered with her own pool of dry blood on floor. her thighs and face were covered with blood, her hairs were like a bird nest, also there were multiple flies and insects running around her body, feasting on her blood, his white shirt on her body was covered with Sand, dirt and blood stain, Sight in front of them was sufficient to make any sane person feel disgust and puke but there was no expression on Samrat face , he handover documents to james who was still in shock to see erica in such a horrible condition. He knew Samrat had captured her and locked her in basement but she was in terrible condition to imagine, Samrat went near Erica and scooped her in his arms and took her outside and walked upstairs to take her to his guest room, james was followed them along, Samrat laid Erica on bed of his guest room and

asked james to call Derek who was doctor and one of Samrat best friend , Within next few minutes Derek came in and saw Samrat and james standing beside bed on which there was a half naked girl covered in blood, her condition was worst then a street beggar. Samrat asked him to treat Erica, james excused himself and moved out of room, leaving Samrat and Derek to treat erica, Derek kept his medical kit beside her bed and started checking all vital of Erica, Samrat was keenly watching Derek every moves, he cleaned her wounds and injected her with some antidote, while treating Derek notice fingerprints mark and biting mark all over her body he knew Samrat forced himself on her, he had brutally raped her, with pity eyes he put down some medicines beside her bed “Give these medicines to her once she is awake” Derek informed Samrat, “When she will wake up” Samrat asked looking at Erica sleepy face “she should be up in couple of hours” Derek responded “you should not touch her, her body is weak now, you’re one thrust will be sufficient to kill her, if that’s what you want“ Derek added on keeping his tools in his medical kit box, Smarat gave him a sharp glare “How long will it take for her to heel completely” Samrat spoke with his eyes filled with anger and Staring ate Erica exposed thighs “ At least a Week with proper care and treatment” Derek responded “You can go now” Samrat informed him and took a seat on chair beside Erica bed and keep staring her face which was covered in bruises, he moved his thumb on her lips which were now in dark shade of blue and tore at both corner covered in dried blood, Derek saw Samrat was getting close to sleeping Erica, he turned his back moved out locking door on his way out. Couple of hour later Erica woke up with throbbing pain in her whole body with little struggle she sat up straight on bed and toke in her surrounding, she saw she was on a comfy bed in some dark room, it was almost night when Erica woke up, erica turned her head to see  moon light which was peeking from window beside her bed, suddenly her eyes meet two deadly eyes staring at her with intense gaze they were scanning her every move , she trembled back because Samrat was closed to her bed and staring straight at her, She was about to scream but Samrat was quick to hold her neck, he squeezed her neck and pinned her to bed hovering above her, he brought his face closer to her “Your one wrong move Erica..........can cost your brother life…think wise before reacting.” Samrat wisper on her face ,erica became pale hearing about mike, Samrat smirk at her reaction, he got up from bed and brought some documents which James had handed him earlier that day along with pen to her and asked her to sign them, Erica was now so scared of Samrat that without even reading them she signed those documents, all she knew at that moment was mike was in danger, Samrat took a brief look at those document and pulled her jaw and gave a tight kissed on her bloodied lips “Good Girls” Samrat said leaving her jaw, erica was stuned on hearing what Samrat  said, Samrat walked out her room with victorious smile , he just made Erica sign a marriage contract with him , now Erica was unaware of the fact that she unknowing married to Samrat on legal paper, once Samrat closed her door Erica pulled up comforter till her chin and try to hide herself, Next morning erica woke up to see bright sunrays entering her room through window, without wasting time she sat up straight on bed and saw a tray full of freshly made breakfast on table in front her bed, Erica wanted to leave these place but her stomach was asking for food,she was hungry from last two days, She hastily got up from bed and moved towards glass table and bend down in front of food tray, and started eating like caveman, she was using her both hands to eat food, she was stuffing omelette with toast together in mouth along with fruits she, Erica almost choke on breakfast but was quick to gulp it down her throat with freshly squeezed orange , she finished whole tray of 5 butter toast, two Sunnyside up omelette, one bowl on mixed fruits and a glass of orange juice was emptied in less than 2 minutes. Once her hunger was satisfied she got up and moved toward window , she tried to open window but luck was against her , she roam her eyes around everywhere when she noticed a chair nearby dresser , she picked that chair and threw it straight on window, as soon as chair came in contact with window its glass shattered down all over floor, Erica went near window and removed chair which was stuck in broken window, she peeked outside to see she was not far from ground , Erica was thinking of escaping from Samrat and with that thought she made a ball of comforter and threw it along with some pillows outside from broken window, she avoided broken glass pieces on floor and managed to jump out from window, she landed safe on pillows and comforter but still she felt a lightening like pain in her lower body, she hold her stomach and started running near ocean but hide inside nearby bushes as soon as she saw 4  guards guarding on beach on front, she cursed her luck under her breath and pulled her hairs in frustration and she turned around and saw there was dense foresee behind his mansion, She though Samrat won’t be able to find her in these forest and very like a mad women she running towards forest, she was surprised to see no guards there, Erica calmly praise herself in mind and picked up her phase, she ran more than a mile with her injured body but gave up after couple of hours, she was now sweating like a pig, her body was tired it was noon time, she took shelter under a tree to relax he body laying her laying her back on the tree branch, Samrat was smirking watching erica sitting under tree helplessly, he was watching erica since ever she got up through CCTV cameras which were installed in her room, He watched how she ate like with her both hands and broke her window, he saw her frustration when she saw guards on beach, He was watching her all time like a hawk on 12 LCD TV screen installed in his study room, After half hour erica again started running, she was not sure where she was going but she had only one thought that she want to escape from Samrat, her feet were red and wet due to her blood, she was running with a broken rib and multiple fractures still she was determined to free herself , after a hour of running she was fully exhausted , she let her body fell down on her knees on muddy land , Erica started crying on her fate and curled herself into a ball.
