CHAPTER FIVE

Elias

"For the thousandth time Felicy, you don't need to be someone your not to impress my family." I complained in exhaustion as Felicy changed her gown for the fifteenth time.

"Your sister is Aubrey Greene, your brother-in-law, Markus York is an inspirational writer for the disabled and broken-hearted. Let's not even start with your parents." She said as she decided to go with a purple sophisticated gown that hugged her shape.

"Just don't bitch about it when your disappointed. It's annoying when you grow up with triplets and two sets of twins picking on you because you came into the world alone." I said as I shivered at the memory.

"Your just being ridiculous." She said as Asa came inside Felicy's room, standing between my legs as he ignored Felicy even after knowing her for a year. 

I remembered the day I left both of them for a week because of a business trip.

I wasn't seen the plane yet when Asa dialed me, crying and saying he was scared. That was the last time he ever went close to her.

Felicia wouldn't even tell me what happened except that Asa gave her a difficult time that's why I decided to put him in daycare when we came here.

"Let me tie your hair." I said as I took the hairband in his hand as he turned. I gathered his hair and tied it into a right side bun.

I watched as Asa walked away with his jean overall and red-orange stripped top with long sleeves. An inspiration from baby's day out that Asa watches more than Teletubbies. 

Thinking far into today I smiled as I remembered the beautiful little red hair that reminded me of an optimistic protagonist who looked thankful for everyday he lived. 

I remembered the first day I sensed him in the train station.

He ran away as I moved closer and before I knew it, he was on the train staring at me as I stared back at him. Meeting him again was purely coincidental.

It angered me when that bastard tried to molest him. Remembering his look of helplessness and frightened look always makes the alpha in me surface.

Then there was dinner.

There he was sitting opposite me, his carrot hair in a messy loose bun with a few strands of his red hair falling on his face.

He dressed like a soccer mom, young and active that I feared he got married when he was underaged since he looked as young as he sounded.

I loved looking into his brown doe eyes that showed he was probably biracial like my ex-wife yet so sweet and innocent like a childish virgin who knew no man.

His pale skin and his model figure always had my heart singing, his soft voice exciting me, the beauty mark on his collarbone and his natural cherry cheeks that gave him a seductive allure. He was perfect and I wanted him.

It just hurt that the circumstances we met would make capturing his heart a challenge especially since his still deeply in love with his late husband and Felicy has an amazing unspoken grudge against him but I love challenges and this was one I will conquer.

He was my fated bond and I had many rights to claim him but I just needed to catch him because as much as he was attracted to me, he wasn't interested. 

So I had to use my secret weapon...Our kids.

We got to my grandparents house which was as large as an unexplored forest. The front had a decent palace for a house but the place where the metal gates barricaded was a game reserve my grandfather and his friends had their hunting fun.

Even my dad goes there sometimes when mom pisses him off.

"Pa!" Asa shouted in excitement as he stretched for my grandfather to carry him.

"Oh my little angel." He said as he carried Asa who hugged him as I helped Felicy out of the car.

Grandfather didn't pay attention to us because he was engulfed with one of his favorite grandsons.

I and Felicy walked in where we were greeted by the loud noises of women scream.

"Oh my gosh, it's like Aubrey Joseph gets hotter and hotter every year! Ahh my pussy!" Aubrey shrieked along with her identical twin, Audrey who dyed her hair raven hair, gold.

"Yo! The Meg of the family is back and he brought a girl! Friend!" Emery, one of the twins shouted as I slapped my face while Felicy kept blinking.

"Emery don't be rude that's our brother. Be nice." Jazmin scolded him, being the eldest of the triplets and the nicest of all my siblings.

"Oh she's here? I wanna take a look on what the complacent one of the family caught, let's hope she's not like the last one. Bitch left a child and hit the road." Amelia, the second eldest of the triplet who looked nothing like Amelia grunted.

"I've always told Elias his a hopeless romantic that's why his luck with women is terrible. The cards are never wrong, he should try gay." Emerson, Emery's identical twin with a beauty mark under his eye said as he held his tarot cards.

"Silence!" All my siblings kept quiet when my eldest brother, the first son and the oldest triplet commanded.

His name...Amir.

"It's wonderful to have you back baby brother." He said as he pinched my cheeks like the little kid he always smoldered me like.

Imagine his disappointment and my relief when I wasn't an omega so he was forced to reduce his overprotectiveness a knotch more.

The age gap between I and my siblings were much as I was the miraculous mistake that surprised everyone. The triplets used ten, the female twins eight and the male twins six years gap to senior me. The age gap also caused that I was the only one who wasn't raised by my parents since my siblings were mature in age.

Amir, the female twins, Emery and I were alphas, Amelia and Emerson betas while Jazmin was the only omega X so she was guaranteed to be spoilt though not more than me as my siblings complained.

"You must be Felicia. You are far more beautiful than he said you were. Please twirl." He instructed as he stood in his suit, his raven hair short and gelled. Felicia did as he said as he praised her.

"Where's mom and dad?" I asked and he pointed upstairs.

"They'll join us for dinner. You know Audrey's omega is pregnant so he needs his rest and Matt has a fever. Your other nieces and nephews are out since this an adult occasion and the younger kids are upstairs enjoying themselves with the grandparents." He explained, Matthew being his youngest seven years old son.

You must be wondering whose mated and whose not but not to bother it isn't hard to point out. Let's start orderly from the eldest to the youngest.

Amir being the eldest son had an arranged marriage with an omega selected by my parents. His wife is Grace, an African American who taught me to love spicy food. Her cooking is like a bomb, bad for pepper intolerant people but incredibly delicious. They have four kids, Jamis, an alpha in her rebellious stage. Abraham, an alpha with a fraternal twin Ruth, both eleven, she is a beta and Matthew who is an omega W. One of the rare omegas and his weak body doesn't help much especially when his heat will start at puberty and may be forced to take unpleasant actions.

Amelia is married but she lives away from her husband and only daughter, Mavis. But she visits as frequent as she can.

Jazmin is single and flirting and with her acting career at its peek she mentioned she had no planns on ever getting married and would adopt when she's ready.

Aubrey is married to a beta, Finn. They don't have any children of their womb yet and I don't think their planning on having any but they adopted a kid who Aubrey saved from child prostitution. The boy's name is Michail and his Russian, an omega who is two years younger than Jamis, fourteen he is.

Audrey well is married to famous world inspiring writer and speaker, Markus York. How they met? I have no idea. How he handles someone as perverted and wild as her? I have no idea. 

She's the only female in this house who lacks a scary aura but can take your sanity if angered, jealous or hurt.

I remember when I was younger, Aubrey ditched her for a girl so she cut both Aubrey and the girl's hair at a sleepover and dyed it horribly.

It was then we knew she was a force to reckon but when it comes to her husband, she's like a puppy seeking attention from its owner. She and Markus are going to be having a girl in a few weeks.

Emerson and Emery are both single and uninterested in any guy. Last I checked, Emery was dating this cute transgender boy, a beta just like him. Everyone also knew that he and Emerson had an incest relationship but they believed in or rather had a polyandrous relationship. Emerson said he found the omega he wanted to pair with but he had a few years till be was legal for them to be together. 

And that is the summary of everyone in the family.

Dinner was long and noisy. My mom and dad came down, taking interest in my girlfriend as she talked about her achievements since she was an overachiever.

My grandparents decided it was best to stay upstairs with the younger kids and have dinner there.

They didn't take interest in who you married, they just wanted more children in the family since they believed wealth depends on the number of children you had and because my mom's has Jewish roots. Which explains why most of our names are or sounds biblical.

"Elias may we talk?" Amir asked when everyone was stealing Felicia's attention after dinner.

"Of course." I stood, placing my hand inside my suit pockets as I followed him.

We got into grandmother's grand library and he closed the door behind us. He walked up to the shelf picking out a random book as he faced me.

"Why are you dating her when you don't love her?" He asked as I relaxed, opening a wrap of stick sweet and popping in my mouth.

"Is it that obvious?"

"Very. Why the hell do you think those idiots are flaunting her? They want to know what's keeping you with her if not they'd probably do the usual tradition."

"Locking you in the love room till something happens." He laughed at my sentence and placed his hand on my shoulders.

"So you have anyone you interested in?" He asked and I avoided his eyes with a smirk on my face.

"Who is she? Or he?"

"Only the most beautiful wonder in the world that I'm going to fight for. And the best thing is his my fated bond as well." I confessed as I placed my hand on my chest.

"Then why aren't you with him?"

"It's complicated. His widowed with a son and his late husband is Felicia's twin. Even though it's been more than a year since his husband died, his still in love with him and his probably avoiding me for Felicia's sake." I explained.

"That really is complicated. Might as well write a book on worst romantic of the year." Amir teased as he looked at the air like there was really such a book before him.

"Your impossible."

"I know I am. So any plans on getting his attention?"

"Yep."

"Gonna share?"

"Nope. You just have to wait for the right time. Remember, I always get what I want." I said and we both started laughing.
