am2_3 Chapter 15 Finish This Bottle of Wine

“I know what you’re like! So, I won’t compete with you. Come, let’s go downstairs and have a drink!”

Although Lawrence said those words with a smile, he was actually reluctant to give in. He never thought that Fletcher would beat him to claiming Suzy. All he could do now was accept it.

Fletcher smiled and nodded his head. “Sure, I can drink and relax for a while!” Not even sparing a glance at Lawrence, he held Suzy and started to head downstairs. “Suzy, serve me well later! I’ll pay you!”

Money was a source of endless frustration for Suzy, but she was well aware that only with money could her son’s illness be cured.

“Fletcher, you’re really a thug!” said Suzy angrily, glaring at him.

“I can do whatever I want as long as it makes me happy! You have no right to say anything about me!”

Sitting down on a chair, Fletcher held a cigar between his lips. He grabbed Suzy harshly, forcing her to sit on his lap. He held up a bottle of white wine and poured a glass for himself, then handled the bottle to Suzy.

His eyes were fixed on her. “Finish this bottle of wine!”

Suzy fearlessly returned his gaze. “Why should I listen to you? You didn’t even pay me the last time we met. Now, you’re trying to force this wine on me!”

“I’ll give you the money once you finish this! How about that?”

Fletcher took a puff of his cigar and smiled at her. If she wasn’t in desperate need of money for Ronald’s treatment fee, Suzy would definitely have emptied the bottle of wine onto Fletcher’s face.

“Remember your promise!” she said.

She stared at him for two seconds before snatching the bottle and quickly gulping down the wine. Her throat burned like fire and tears came to her eyes. As soon as she finished downing the whole bottle, she could feel the wine rising back up her throat.

Getting up immediately, she ran to the washroom and vomited it all out.

When she was done, she suddenly felt dizzy and couldn't even stand properly. Her vision was blurry too. Staggering, she returned to where Fletcher was sitting.

“So? Are you going to fulfill your promise now?” asked Suzy drunkenly.

Fletcher’s eyes were filled with contempt for her. “Hmm! I never knew that you would literally do anything for money!”

In that instant, Suzy fainted.

Fletcher lifted her up and prepared to leave, but Lawrence came towards them. “Fletcher, why don’t you let me take care of her?”

Suzy was lying in Fletcher’s arms drunkenly with a flushed face. Lawrence could not help swallowing his saliva as he looked at her lustfully.

“I told you. She’s mine!”

What Fletcher said destroyed every last fantasy Lawrence had, leaving him in despair. After they left Baronet Mansion, Fletcher put Suzy into his car and drove all the way back to his home.

He looked at her who had become too weak to resist him now.

Having gulped down an entire bottle of wine, Suzy felt hot. Plus, she was too drunk to know that she was currently at Fletcher’s house. Trying to feel cooler, she attempted to unbutton her clothes.

But just as she had managed to weakly unbutton one button, someone took her by the hand and pulled her towards a bed.
