am2_3 Chapter 14 Won't You Feel Guilty?

Fletcher’s kisses were harsh and strong.

“Suzy, I know you’re in need of money. I’ll give it to you!”

Hearing Fletcher talk about money made Suzy incredibly angry. She stared at Fletcher’s cold eyes with a deep frown on her face. “Yes, I need money. But, won’t you feel guilty about it, given that you’re a rich man?”

‘Is it funny, treating me like this?’ thought Suzy.

She was panting and her eyes soon became teary. Thinking of how badly Fletcher treated her, and for no reason at that, made her want to burst into tears so badly.

Fletcher smirked as he looked down at Suzy underneath him. His thin lips moved slightly, forming the words, “It’s because you’re not worth it!”

With that remark, Suzy could not hold back her anger anymore. She stretched out her hands and tried with all her might to shove him away, but she was no match for Fletcher.

He easily pinned her hands underneath him, showing contempt at her humiliation. Suzy always tried her best to resist him at first. But all this while, she always succumbed to his urges in the end. That was why Fletcher could always get what he wanted.

Suzy’s resistance started to soften Fletcher’s resolve…

Finally, he let go of her.

Suzy’s entire body ached deeply. She was exhausted and tears soon blurred her vision.

‘Suzy, you cannot cry! You must not cry!’

But, tears fell down her cheeks nevertheless. Wiping them away, she struggled to sit up.

At that moment, Fletcher turned around and locked her underneath him again. He stared at Suzy’s beautiful face sternly. There was an unknown feeling rising in his heart. He adored her, but his affection and tenderness only lasted for a short while.

That woman had been a nightmare for him for five long years. He was even misunderstood by a lot of people.

But, she was just a gold digger who only cared for money.

Suddenly, there was another knock at the door. It was loud and quick.

“Fletcher, are you there?” asked Lawrence from outside the room.

How dare he come all the way here?

Getting up, Fletcher went over to the door and opened it. He glared at Lawrence coldly. “I told you, I don’t want to go!”

Knowing Fletcher’s temper, Lawrence did not force him. But, he did try his best to look into the room to see whether or not Suzy was there.

Immediately, Fletcher could guess why Lawrence came to look for him. “Suzy is here!” he said.

Lawrence never thought that Fletcher would openly admit to it. He was left speechless, not knowing how else to respond.

At that moment, Suzy exited the room. Her messy appearance clued Lawrence in as to what just took place in the room. Both men stared at her as she walked out.

Lawrence pulled her to his side, eyeing her carefully before asking, “Suzy, did you do it willingly?”

With mixed feelings, Suzy looked at Lawrence and laughed coldly. “Is my consent that important?”

She glanced at Fletcher’s stoic face, giving him a pitiful look.

Before Lawrence could respond, Fletcher pulled Suzy into his arms. He appeared cold and distant. “She’s my woman!”

Lawrence smiled. “Fletcher, have you fallen in love with this girl?”

“No, it’s not like that!” replied Fletcher, smiling sarcastically at the woman in his arms.

Suzy shook with anger. It seemed that he was more cunning and wicked than she thought.
