This was the 16 hours long crucial operation and needed to be done very carefully. All the vital organs need to be checked continuously to make the operation a great success.The team was working vigorously and finally they have done with the surgery.  Now it’s time to wait for next 72 hours as these were crucial hours for the patient’s survival. Dr. Malek gave the report to Dina on the phone call.Dina smiled but also worried on the other hand that if he didn't get up after next 72 ours then how she would face her brothers. this is matter of her reputation and image in front of them.

“Don’t get too much stress honey. Today you are going to be discharged from here. Then we will go back to our home. Everybody is waiting for you eagerly.  You have ample of time to understand the things. Don’t rush in to it. Otherwise it will increase your stress level.” She spoke in sugary voice while caressing his hair. “You have to learn it from Dina, Kazeem. How diligently she did her work?
