Leah’s car pulled up to the house and Cassie and Leah got out as I watched from the tree, I did not expect Cassie to look up to where I was sitting as I had only just said goodbye to Cassie before she left my house. Surprisingly, the window to her room opened a few moments later and Cassie looked out from it and waved at me before she closed it again. I was surprised that she had not left the window open for me as usual but maybe she needed some alone time. After all, I was sort of staking her.

I spent some time trying to find the right outfit, I wanted to look a bit dressed up but at the same time I did not want it to look like I was trying too hard. When I was finally happy with what I was wearing I made my way down to the garage to get my car and drive over to Cassie's house to pick her up for our date. I was very excited. I had booked us a table at a restaurant that was located by a river. It looked nice and cosy with an outdoor terrace overlooking the scenery. My first thought was to go somewhere very fancy, mainly to show off, but I had realised that it was not Cassie's style, and she would likely appreciate this place better.

After Cassie turned the light off and went to sleep, I tried to do the same however I had so many thoughts in my head that I struggled to relax and switch off. I was annoyed that Nick had not texted back either. He had

After an hour or so Leah turned up to give Cassie a ride home. Cassie and I got out to the driveway to greet her. When Leah got out of the car, she looked happy and excited. I could tell that she had been practising magic as the energy she radiated was almost overwhelming, especially considering the neutral energy that normally surrounded her, due to the enchantment of the house her and Cassie lived in.  

I woke up the next morning with Cassie looking at me strangely., It was easy to tell that she was trying to talk to me telepathically. I really wished that I could hear her but unfortunately there were no voices to be heard in my mind. After a while she seemed to give up trying and instead just said Good morning out loud.  

I woke up as the sun was starting to come up, creating a colourful display in the sky. After a while, I flew over to Cassie's window to check on her. She was still asleep but seemed a bit restless. I hoped that she did not have another nightmare

I flew over to Cassie's house and while I waited for Leah's car to turn up, I transformed back to my human form. When they got out of the car, I started walking towards them. I had tried to come up with the best way for Leah to sense the energy around the house, but as she could not fly, she would have to walk around it on the ground.  

I had completely forgotten that we had fallen asleep on the sofa the day before, so when Cassie started to move, I thought I was under attack. I quickly jumped out of the sofa, ready to summon my weapons, should I need to. As I looked around, I realised where I was and started to relax. Cassie looked a bit stunned. "What was that?"
