Chapter 1

The ground quaked as a group of large werewolves headed straight into the woods led by their Alpha, Cohen Kingsley. He commanded them to flank the two rogues who trespassed his territory a few minutes ago. The rogues were no older than in their early twenties or younger, but the speed they had was a good hint that they had always been on the move. Cohen had no intention to kill them as they didn’t commit any serious crime against his pack except for trespassing to cross the border. Instead of killing them, he planned to capture them alive. The Werewolf’s Council had implemented a new law where the rogues

Chapter 2

Every protected territory had in common was their blind spots. A handful of individuals learned where to pinpoint the blind spot. By using that blind spot, they could enter in and leave the territory without having spotted. She exploited them each time for her own interests. It was safe to learn the way in and out of a place for someone like her who had over a dozen packs hunting her down. It wasn’t a simple task to evade getting arrested when the place was crawling with Enforcers twenty-four-seven. As a rogue, the status did many things to someone who should have existed inside a pack.

Mira took off her shirt. A short hiss escaped from her lips. A big purple bruise formed under her right rib. She pressed her palm on the bruise and she realized she had a fractured rib. A fractured bone would take a week to heal for an average werewolf. However, Mira was beyond average. It would only take an hour or two for a fractured bone to heal in her case—depending on the severity of the fracture.

Chapter 7

Cohen grunted as he got out of his bed. His morning didn’t start in the way he wanted. Not when he had twenty Enforcers of the 1st Battalion and their Commander, Dalton Forest, were on his land. The Alpha much preferred not to have any Battalions or their Commanders on his land even if the Commander was his father’s closest friend in the Werewolf’s Council. There were a few occasions when the Battalions and their Commanders needed outside the Werewolf’s Council’s lands. An Alpha’s visitation, official events and highly concerning matters were one of the few things that n

Chapter 8

The Alpha walked into the crime scene where his Enforcers had found a dead body in one of his buildings on the land. Cohen bought this building about three years ago when it was near bankruptcy because the owner was involved in gambling. It took about six months of renovation to restore everything in all five buildings. There were thirty apartments in each building. Cohen did his best to have the buildings maintained every month and to ensure all his tenants satisfied with their home. This was one of his main sources of income. His family owned a lot of different businesses that benefited his pack. Withou

The Werewolf’s Council had been on a high alert on his land ever since they found out Mira Red had been on his land. Cohen stood at the balcony of his master bedroom inside the pack mansion, overlooking the backyard where the new Enforcers were training by senior Enforcers.
