   “Mom, Sheriff Fisher is downstairs. He says he has that date with you,” Christopher said when he opened the door after knocking. She was about to change to her nightgown, when she remembered she had dinner with him. With the upsetting conversation they had, she didn’t have the mind for anything. 

   Thomas and Grace arrived at her house, making sure there was no one following them. She was shaken up and worried about him. Thomas parked on the driveway and stepped out of the car before he walked around and opened the door for her. 

   Grace was in the kitchen brewing some coffee and making breakfast for Christopher and Thomas. The night before, she had the most amazing moment for the first time in years, and she didn’t hesitate in giving herself to the sheriff.

   Christopher knocked on Palmer’s door and stood back to wait for someone to open for him. He was going out on an official date with her and he was looking forward to it, so he decided to wear something that she might like: A white t-shirt with a blue flannel shirt on top, some faded ripped jeans and black converse. His hair was ruffled to make it look messy.
