Sophie realized that something had gone wrong at this point, and she hysterically continued, “Sir, if this is about money, then you can just give us a price. You can just name us any amount. No matter who you are working for, I will be willing to pay you twice, thrice, or even four times the amount that the other party is paying you!”

The man sneered before replying, “I am sorry, but we, ninjas, have already prioritized credibility. It’s time for both of you to suffer your grievances.”
