Kobayashi Pharma had multiple production bases in Japan.

Its headquarters was located in Tokyo. Aside from Tokyo, there were also several Kobayashi Pharma’s production bases located in several other cities, including Yokohama, Osaka, and Nagoya.

In addition, some time ago, Kobayashi Pharma had also invested a large sum of money to establish and build up Asia’s largest biopharmaceutical production base in Osaka.

Aside from finalizing and completing the Kobayashi Pharma share transfer agreement on his trip to Japan this time, Charlie was also bringing Liam from Weaver Pharmaceuticals with him along on this trip to inspect all of these production bases.

Liam was now the general manager of The Apothecary Pharmaceutical and he was also the specific person-in-charge of The Apothecary Pharmaceutical. After Charlie takes over the Kobayashi Pharma, Liam would also be the person-in-charge responsible for the management of the entire production line and bases of the Kobayashi Pharmaceutical for the time being.

When the time was right in the future, then Stephen could take over Kobayashi Pharma. After that, Liam could concentrate on their domestic production and focus on expanding the scale of The Apothecary Pharmaceutical in Oskia then.

Therefore, Charlie and Isaac came up with an itinerary.

The group of people would fly from Aurous Hill to Tokyo in the morning tomorrow. Isaac would contact his men in Tokyo to meet up with them locally. He would also arrange for a group of men to accompany him throughout the journey.

After handling and getting everything done in Tokyo, they would then drive from Tokyo and head west towards Yokohama next.

Yokohama was very near Tokyo and it was not too far away as it was less than a hundred kilometers’ drive away.

After that, they would drive from Yokohama to Nagoya, before finally heading to Osaka.

After completing the final inspection in Osaka, then they could fly back to Aurous Hill directly from Osaka.

The reason why they decided to drive around to get to these cities was mainly because Japan had a relatively small land area. Therefore, all the cities were not too far apart from one another.

Osaka was only about five hundred kilometres away from Tokyo and they would be able to get there in less than an hour if they travelled by plane. What’s more, there were two more cities, Yokohama and Nagoya, in between Tokyo and Osaka. Therefore, it would be much more troublesome for them to travel by plane and it would be more convenient for them to drive instead.

Charlie studied the map of Japan and he discovered a small detail. The highway from Nagoya to Osaka in Japan happened to be passing through Kyoto too.

Nanako, who had been seriously injured and was currently recuperating, was in Kyoto.

Charlie could not help but thought to himself: I have to go to Kyoto to see her!

When they were all seated at the dinner table, Charlie told his family directly that he was going to leave for Japan tomorrow.

As soon as Claire heard that Charlie would be leaving tomorrow, she said with dismay, “You just came back today and you are already leaving tomorrow. You haven’t even stayed home for twenty-four hours yet…”

“That’s right!” Jacob also could not help but muttered, “My good son-in-law, although making money is important, your health is very important too. If you keep running back and forth like this, your body will not be able to handle the stress and pressure either.”

Elaine said excitedly, “Oh! What do you know? You’ve been an unpromising good-for-nothing after you got married. You have no motivation or ambition at all. After she spoke, Elaine looked at Charlie in a flattering manner as she complimented him, “Just look at our Charlie. He is so ambitious and driven! He is so much more capable compared to you!”

Jacob snorted and said, “Oh! You finally turned over a new leaf now? You used to always insult and provoke him and you had always said that Charlie was just a useless and pathetic piece of trash. Isn’t that so? Furthermore, you were always trying to convince our daughter to divorce Charlie in the past. Didn’t you do that?”

Elaine had a rather unnatural expression on her face as she said anxiously, “Jacob Wilson! Stop trying to sow discord here! I was obviously wrong in the past but at least I know how to repent and learn from my own mistakes!”

After that, she smiled as she said to Charlie, “My good son-in-law, how many days will you be in Japan this time?”

Charlie replied, “If everything goes smoothly and quickly, then it will only take me three to five days. If there is a delay, then it will take me about a week then.”
