“Good morning Gillian” Gillian bowed in my direction and when she noticed I was wearing a towel in the kitchen she looked like she was going to protest but she didn’t she kept her mouth shut and went back to cooking breakfast

“Gillian is there something you want to say”

“No! my queen”

“Gillian” I warned

“Well master won’t like you wearing a towel in the kitchen, it speaks badly of your queenly reputation, but who am I”

“The person who is going to help me give your master a heart attack” I smirked

“My prince can’t get a heart attack he is the strongest on the war field and the heir to the throne”

“We will find out, won’t we? Where is he?”

“The gym I presume” she stuttered which made me feel sorry for her, she had probably gone through a harsh breaking in when she first got a job as the maid. She wasn’t frail but she didn’t look so bodily either.

“And which way will I go, if I want to get to the presumed gym”

“You can go up the stairs twice and you can enter the last door on your right”

“Thanks” I followed her directions then went to the gym. Xavier was doing some push-ups so I decided to sit on his back to give him more of a challenge. He didn’t seem too fazed by it he continued the push-ups and when he was done I was startled because I swear I heard him say five hundred.

“Will you get off me?” he said and I immediately jumped off his sweaty back. Xavier stood up then looked at me with an angry glare in his eyes.

“Why arent you eating breakfast” really I was standing here practically naked in front of him and that was his only remark, I guess I have to do a better job at trying to strangle this man. I put my hands on my hips and smile

“Oh I get it, you want me to notice you are naked, under that towel I am trying so hard not to rip off, or do you want me to comment on how sexy you are” What, no I blushed inwardly. This was supposed to make him blush, why wasn’t he blushing in embarrassment, most importantly why was I the one blushing

“The only way to make me blush is to pay a visit to my little friend with your tongue, do you still want that blush” he winked at me. This man was so, so infuriatingly infuriating.

“Where can I get my clothes”

“Don’t tell me that is why you came here I am pretty sure I left it on the bed like yesterday”

“You did not” Xavier sighed,

“And if we do see it there what do you do for me”

“I will pay your little friend a visit... with my hand”

“Your tongue” he smirked

“No, I will not blow you”

“Fine” he took my hand and led me in the room, there the clothes were sitting on the bed.

“No, you just used magic to put that there” he laughed and shook his head

“That doesn’t sound like me”

“Xavier?”

“My name is Xavier, as in zay-vee-er”

“My bad, zay-vee-er” such a stupid name

“you put that there”

“Nope” I breathed out, the fourth day of our meeting and I was already betting with him, now I have to touch him. hope I won’t be disappointed

“Would you shut up!” I yelled out at the little voice in my head

“Who the hell do you think you are talking to like that, it was just a joke” He started walking out. Who cares about you anyway, I don’t need you!, I yelled at him in my head so nobody else heard it but him and me.

“Oh, you don’t need me, you are walking to school today”

“That’s not fair!” I yelled but he ignored me “Xavier, Xavier” today I was going to be later for school again, my schedule was messed up and I didn’t do HOMEWORK! “Xavier,” I rushed up to him and placed my hand on his chest “look I haven’t done any homework”

“I did it for you”

“I am fucked” I muttered under my breath

“You will be if you don’t start putting on some clothes” I rushed to the bed and picked up my underwear then looked at him

“go away, please” he widened his eyes

“Did I hear you say please?”

“Xavier”

“I will just turn my back, because we are getting married and I don’t want you to see me as evil” too late for that “but further down this relationship you will be naked in front of me one way or the other” he turned around and I mimicked him mocking the way he talked and sticking my tongue out. I pulled on my underwear and the jeans he picked out for me

“You did my homework”

“Yeah, is that a problem”

“Kind of, you used your writing and you might not be smart” I deadpanned, I just needed to say the truth as it was

“Don’t worry you’ll be impressed, I will ignore you discriminating against your future kind. Just because we live in hell doesn’t mean we are dumb”
