Episode 73

At 5pm all the coalitions top member already gathered in the Tri-Nation Valley, Forward Operations Base. Duke Merrica, Earl Canran Von Masvit, 5th Prince Sladin Abraham, Princess Angela Seraphim of Dukedom of Angela, Grand Wizard Lionel Alkord from the Coalitions of Wizadly and Shcolar, and Elder Carrn Furry from Free Nation of Triangle Guilds. All of them can't help but marvelled at how prepared Aeternum at the whole situations, from the part where they were pick up up to the place where the operations was held, it was otherworldly to them.

"Right now we were expecting a large attack which most likely to be aiming at all the borders..all the rescues missions already and still being carried out, by the end of today, we aiming be bringing in at least 5000 survivor from 50 villages and 20 towns…". (Bina)

Bina and Andrea was in-charge of briefing the leaders about the current situations, using the real time map on the monitor and precise number and calculations.

"Heading for the borders?…that's odd, why aren't the horde aims for the whole principality?..". (Earl Canran Von Masvit)

On the real time map, the movement of the zombies seems really odd, it was as if they were avoiding Selenia City intentionally.

"As of that, we don't have any clues to why….we also thought it was weird…we only had a speculations, but as don't have any  rock solid proof, we rather keep it in just a record..". (Andrea)

Amongst the Leader's in the large tent, Grand Magus Lionel Alkord was the only one with a vast knowledge in magics, of course he have knowledges regarding undeads

"A level 6 Abominations…this is the remains of what left of it, after Mr.President personally deal with it…..". (Andrea)

Andrea put a metal box on the table and open it to reveal the content inside, which was a bloody skulls.

"It's been a long time since a level 6 Monster appeared, I was kinda sceptical when you said you can handle a Level 6 monsters….looks like you guys aren't lying….this is a real Level 6 monster remnant…An Abominations that were created by the sacrifice of pious man...now this all makes sense....<Sigh~>…". All the leader's drop their heads as they heard what, Grand Wizard Lionel said, the Church which they allowed to set foot on their homes has created a disaster that by far the worst.

Dukedom Of Angela was one of the nations that refuse the teaching of Principality of Light, instead they worshipped the Gods of Beauty and Justice Miranda. Dukedom of Angela was also a nations that doesn't treat Non-Human Harshly.

"Such things was bound to happen anyway…considering how radical they are…Then Madam General, What should we do for now?..". (5th Prince Sladin Abraham)

"Our course of actions now is assault and divert, we need to lured all the undeads close to all 4 border at least 2 kilometers from the actual border gates…we will use the large amounts of refugees as the lure… ".(General Bina)

Everyone were shocked when Bina said using the poor refugees as a bait.

"Woah…that was kinda unexpected..I though this was a rescue missions?..". (Earl Canran Von Masvit)

"It is..that's why we need you and your men to defend the refugees….we just need all the undeads to focus on that 4 lured points….because, if we going to entered all the principality teretoriy just to kill the undeads It will took a long periods of time to be done…..It was a bit unrealistic to fight a hundred thousand undeads with only 10 000 or so soldiers on our sides…". (General Bina)

"we lured them..then what?....". (5th prince Sladin Abraham)

"We kill all of them….for that to happen, we need to build some kind of containment, a deep ditch, a high wall or whatever needed to just temporarily hold the undeads in place…for that, thanks to Grand Wizard Lionel, I believe constructing such contrapment in a tight schedule wont be a problem..". (General Andrea)

Andrea then passed a piece of paper, that consist a dimensions and needed spells to build a Dirt Wall, it was a relatively new spells that were created by T.A.S

"Is this a new spells…quite simple, kinda similar to a defensive spells [Earthen Wall]…amazing!..I never seen such simple and masterful spells sequences…Don't worry Madam Andrea, me and my colegues surely will be able to help with the wall building…can I know who's the one who devise this spells?..". (Grand Wizard Lionel)

Grand Wizard Lionel can't help but marvel and impressed at the new spells, the spells was unlike [Earthen wall] that invoke mana from the user mana pool to create a temporary defensive wall out of the thin air, [Dirt Wall] was a spell that utilize the Sporadic mana inside the land and a caster mana pool to construct a dirt wall from it, it's not only cost the caster small amount of mana, but also the dimensions of the wall can be created by user own imaginations. The invocations methods was also different instead of word casting, it was done by drawing a magic circle on the ground and voicing a few incantations. The method was both conserving and new.

"I'm Happy for you Grand Wizard Lionel…But Madam Andrea, how exactly will you kill all the undead?..".(Elder Carrn Furry)

"We will simply burned them to ashes…no matter how many that come they will burned…..simple as that…looks like, our President just arrived..SIR!..".(General Bina)

As Bina was answering the questions, the Tent then were opened wide by the soldier that were guarding outside, A familiar man slowly comes in, wearing a full black combat tactical vest, with sword on his hips. Bina and Andrea as well as all the soldier inside the tent stood up in unison and salute.

"At ease….Afternoon everyone, Duke Merrica..you look good..Let me introduce myself, I am Kaiser Mies Sai the President of Independent State of Aeternum, to put it on your term, I am the King of Aeternum…I would like to thank you all for joining this emergency movement..I believe that my subordinate has explained the situations to all of you….Then I hope we can cooperate together, and perhaps invoke a spirit of friendliness together…..Since we have a lot to do, I will report the situations on front..I already cleared the border of Tri-Nation Valley up to the edge of The Desert of Nothingness, we have saved about 10 000 survivor, they currently en route to here.. right now the largest Horde are heading to the border of Dukedom of Angela, Free Nation Of Triangle Guild…The Horde will also head to the Hallerus Border, but unlike the 2 border the number are significantly smaller..but smaller it's still above 10000 undeads…if you all don't have any problem with me being in-charge, then I will distribute the army placement….any objections?..".

Ever since Mies enter the tent, everything seems to fall in order. Everyone starts to listened to every words that comes out of his mouth, All the nobles for some reason no longer stick to their proud and ego, even Earl Canran and the aloof Grand Wizard Lionel was focused and being respectful at the man who seemingly hold the authority over them all, they felt as if they were standing before a real emperor that stand above any man.

"We don't have any objections my liege….ah!..ehem~!!". (Princess Angela Seraphim)

For some reason Princess Angela stand up and perform a salute with her answer, as she realizes everyone were looking at her, her face redden as she embarrassed that she unknowingly reacted to such degree.

"Good..then 5th Prince Elekhant Riders will be working with Duke Merrica Army to protect Hallerus Border…Princess Angela Black rose Knight Brigade will work together with Earl Canran Spear Vanguard at Dukedom Border, Elder Carrn and the rest of free volunteer will be defending Free nation border….Grand Wizard Lionel Wizard Troop will be devided and be stationed to all 3 points, we need the temporary defensive wall to be build at all 3 places…Aeternum Army will be luring all the Undeads in to the trap..we will also be saving all the survivor in the process..".

"Are the horde gonna come in one stampede?..". (Earl Canran)

"No..that's why we bring a few thousand at a time, to avoid Stampede..if we goes for stampede with the number of men we have, only doom will fall on us, that's why i use the lure tactices....I expected this operations will take at least 1 full week to be completed…it's a bit longer than I expected, but we just have to make do with what we have…..we will be transporting your soldier with our transporter vehicles…..if you need anything just send your request here, we will try our best to fulfill them…then, I sorry, but I have to leave now, I still have a horde of zombies to kill...Andrea, Bina I leave the base to you…".

After Mies done speaking, he left the tent once again, leaving all the noble speechless, but they knew they can't complained, for some reason the seems to see the man in a good light, they felt that, that was a king and a real man should be like.
