Richard Benson actually expects the terms to be very outrageous considering their reputations, but instead it was fair.

The agreements were simple and if carefully looked it was far more beneficial to Pegasus Wheel Company. In the agreements Pegasus Wheel Company will act as the sole distributor for Aeternum Super Store, Pegasus Wheel Company can buy any products that were on sale in Aeternum Super Store without any limits. Any product that were sold by Pegasus Wheel Company only can be sold at the price that were authorized by Aeternum Super Store and the price cannot be exorbitant to consumer, all the product label cannot be changed or even be altered even slightly. Pegasus Wheel Company can only buy products in bulks and must be paid with Golds coins, down payment is a must and the rest can be paid by the end of months.

All transactions that take place in the cooperation period (Which is 10 years )must be kept confidential, Aeternum Super Store has the power to annul the cooperation if Pegasus Wheel company violates the terms or deem necessary.

I knew how the deal went on as T.A.S were always there eavesdropping on the meeting through the phones, as the P.W.C were given one of the phone, T.A.S is now monitoring them.

As she receives the files and started to read through the whole project, she realize that I have no intentions on developing the front side (South facing the Crossroads) but instead moving further into the desert side.

I my plan was to leave the Black keep and the current infrastructure as it is, but for the next development I want it to be done on the backside of the hill and continue down to the flatland below.

That means the Aeternum city will be build on the flatland's on the backside of the Black Keep and under the hill, it was wide, hidden and far more easier to develop. Every infrastructure will be build by using a modern design, which means instead of build a single house I will implemented an high rise building to save space and environment. Everything was already being taken to account and carefully calculate by T.A.S magnificent Ai brain and my creativity, the whole plan was build in estimation that It can support up to a million inhabitants. Though it was hard to accomplish with the amount of free labor I had in hand now, starting right away is impossible as right now the workforce were focus on building my asphalt roads that span from the crossroad to the new city behind the Black Keep. After the road was finish then they will start on the new city.
