CHAPTER 16: STRATEGY TO ESCAPE

So, we have to enter 043647. Come on! Let's do it, Hannah uttered with confidence.

Hannah went to the device where she will enter the pin code but the boys noticed the zombies are coming out, they weren't able to stop Hannah because she runs fast when they got the correct password. Maybe that is because she is excited to open the experiment room.

While she's entering the pin code she was not paying attention to the zombies approaching towards her. When she got the correct password, she can't control her emotions so, she jumped raising her two hands because of happiness and here comes the zombies,before she was cornered by them, she laid down.

Hannah stopped and played like a dead person again, she holds her breath and decided not to move. This time, many zombies smelled her and came closer to her face. She doesn't know how long she will hold her breath but whatever happens she must not caught by the zombies alive.

The saliva from the closest zombie in her face is falling down continuously and it makes her distracted with those and she might shout in a few seconds if this will continue.

Yuuuuuuucccccccckkkk! the boys hiding reacted when they saw that scene. The boys were shocked and can't recognize their face's reaction.

Grandpa, Andre, we have to do something. I want to save Hannah at this moment, I know how hard to hold your breath for how many minutes. I will go there and you will enter the experiment room since Hannah entered the correct password, Adam explained.

Yes! We need to take this opportunity. It's like hitting two birds in one stone, Andre replied. You're genius too Adam, he added.

I like the way you think handsome, the old man tapped his shoulder and smiled at him. Your mind is alert and it works critically and creatively, the man uttered in a proud tone.

Let's wait for three (3) minutes more, I am sure that the zombies will leave her alone and they will enter the room opposite to the experiment room, Andre discussed.

How sure are you son? Their moves might change due to what happened, the old man said.

Trust me dad! This time, I will make you proud of me too. You're my dad, I'm your son remember? If I got this observation right, I proudly utter the words, "Like father like son."

After 3 minutes the zombies leave Hannah's body and walk towards the experiment room. Hannah tried to get up quietly. When the zombies are near the door of the experiment room. Hannah slides to the wet area of the floor caused by zombies' saliva. She wasn't able to control her mouth so she shouted, "Ooooouuuuuucccccchhhh! It hurts"

The zombies turned back, yet the boys move faster than the zombies, so they dragged Hannah's feet and they pulled her near the area where they are hiding. The zombies weren't able to see at night, they are like blind when it's dark so, they didn't noticed what they've done. Their moves changed. They entered the room opposite to the experiment room.

We're sorry Hannah, we have to do that. Are you alright? Andre asked.

How dare you do that to me. Ouuucch! My back is aching, Hannah replied. But thank you  for saving my life guys! She added.

I think this is the perfect time to go inside the experiment room. The zombies entered the opposite room. Look! The old man pointed his finger to the zombies.

I guess you're right! Adam said. He runs fast and he locked the opposite room so that the zombies may not have chance to get outside the room again. He came back and said, "Guys! The zombies were locked, let's move to the experiment room. Hannah, please allow me to carry you I know you can't walk, he added.

Hey stop! Don't do that or else I'll be mad at you. I can walk on my own. You told me to always protect myself right? Hannah said.

I told you to protect yourself when I'm not with you right? Where am I? I'm beside you so you can't do nothing but to let me carry you okay? So stop saying you can walk on your own, Adam told her and frowned.

I told you I can walk alone. Watch and see me walking without your support, she boasted.
