Since most of the people after her were either dead or in hiding, Nadine decided to go back to her apartment.
She and Nick spent the better part of the evening cleaning and arranging it. After that, they were so lethargic, they hit the sack, but Nadine couldn't sleep.
After rolling around for a few minutes, She gave up trying to sleep and sat up. Nick followed suit, holding her to him as he kissed her forehead.
