CHAPTER ONE

"Saw." Eos requested as his voice trails on in the quiet theater where a surgery is going on.

"Towel," he demanded again stretching his hand to the nurse who quickly handed it over.

He carefully grasped the affected area.

He stretch his hand again, this time around the nurse ain't to be told what he needs.

She handed over a neatly sterilized scissors to him.

"Do you think the surgery will be successful? Doctor Abbigail asked his colleagues.

"Are you a learner? As far as Eos is incharge of that operation, I bet it is a success already." Doctor Ezra replied.

They keep watching intently from the glass door how Eos handle the operation neatly.

"Operation succeeded, she will be awake in the next four hours." Eos said before walking out of the theater.

As soon as they notice Eos coming out of the theater, they scamper to their various post.

"Ezra, meet me in my office." He said as he saw her running back to the ward.

She just nodded nervously.



EZRA'S POV

Oh my gosh, what did i do now?

"Sorry Ezra, i think you are about to lose your job." Abbigail said and geez, it made me burst out in cry.

I summon courage and went to Eos' office.

I knocked at the door waiting for approval to go in.

"Come in." I heard the cold voice of Eos gesturing me in.

Hearing his voice made my heart limped a bit.

I take a deep breath before heading in.

"Sir, you call for me." I said sitting down.

"And who told you to sit?" His cold voice landed on my ear like a bomb.

"Sorry Sir." I quickly apologized and stood up.

My hands behind me, it was shaking as at what I did this time around.

After what seems to me like eternity, he looked up with his cold aura.

"How many years have you worked in this hospital Ezra?" He questioned.

"This is the third year Professor." I retorted respectively.

"Good, I go through the past records in the hospital and I found out something. 

You injected a pregnant woman who was sick with Citrus flux and a bottle of seraphim, what the hell were you thinking while doing that?" He said with a very powerful aura that I felt intimidated for life.

I never knew that this case is gonna be brought up, I would have clear it up.

"U-Uhm sorry." I can't unzipped my mouth that's why that was my only statement.

"You killed two person in a day, the mother and the unborn baby but you're just sorry?"

"U-uh sorry Sir, please f-forgive me." I pleaded kneeling down.

He pick up the telephone and make a call

Minutes later the police came and handcuff me.

"Please Javiña, forgive me." I yelled as I was been dragged away.

But he played a deaf ear.

The hospital was filled with mixed emotions as my colleagues, the nurses and some patient came out of there different places to watch the ruckus going on.

I so much hate you Eos, you will regret doing this. 

You will regret ever disgracing me like this.

EOS HEZEKIAH'S POV

I don't work with murderers, incomplete people.

To save a life is what I do and not to kill it.

I'm Eos Hezekiah, the young Asian Hospital Professor.

This is my third year of working with this hospital.

My family owns many businesses, investments and resorts all over the European and Asian countries.

We're the top two richest family in the world. 

I don't really care much about business and all that.

What I love doing is what I am doing.

Since my years of learning and working too bad, no woman have caught my fancy yet.

Though I receive lots of pestering for me to at least have a girlfriend.

The whole world thinks that the heir to "Javiña's properties" is a gay.

How in the world could they think that?

As I was still mesmerized in my thought, an emergency button ranged and I dash out of my office.

ELLIE SELENE'S POV

"M-Mom, M-Mom—I'm sorry please." I begged my step mom who keep hitting me with her flip flop.

"If you come back to this house without selling all the breadfruits, I'll skin you alive!" She howled.

I quickly rushed out of the house with the breadfruit on my head.

My life has been a living hell since my Mom's death.

My stepmother practically makes life hell for me to live in.

After selling the breadfruits, I'll start going to my numerous part time job for money which she will collect from me to pay her children's school fees instead.

My father whom have turned to a drunkard couldn't do anything about my wailing.

Is my life worth living?
