Adrian and Yone had not known each other for a long time. Did he have such a great personal charm?

"Well, it’s getting late. You drank too much. I'll call for a cab and ask the driver to send you back." Adrian got up and changed the subject.

Disappointment flashed in Yone's eyes. She did not continue to badger him and just obediently followed Adrian.

"Well then, can we still have dinner together tomorrow?" Yone asked in a whisper before getting into the car.

"We’ll talk through the phone tomorrow." Adrian smiled and motioned her to be careful.

After getting in the taxi, Yone looked back at Adrian with a meaningful gaze.

Adrian felt a little melancholic, so he called a surrogate driver.

Adrian had not returned to the Sea City's apartment for medical professionals even though it was half-past eleven at night.

James tried calling again, but his phone was still turned off.

He got up and put the vegetables away. James put Adrian's house keys on the dining table.

He was too involved with Adrian's life.

"Sir, we have taken Adrian away."

At the abandoned shipyard, the driver looked at Adrian, who was drugged by him and called Victor.

"Very well, call James and say that Adrian’s in your hands. Tell him that he’s not allowed to take anyone with him and has to come alone," Victor said excitedly as he smiled and hugged the cat in his arms.

He wanted to see what Adrian was to James.

"Sir, what if James doesn't come? Should you take the opportunity to kill him?" the subordinate asked in a low voice. It was a good time.
