Grace woke up when a shinning of sunlight hit her face, making her smile. She was feeling peaceful and complete. Her heart was happy and dancing with joy, feeling the love last night.

She bit her lips thinking about last night, how Aaron made her feel so good, gave her so much pleasure. He made her feel loved and wanted. She can still feel the pleasure that happened last night. Their lovemaking was so beautiful.

She feels so happy when she feels the arms that are wrapping around her waist tightly and the breath that hits her neck.

She slowly turned around and faced her husband. He was looking so handsome and cute in his sleeping form. She touched his face and smiled shyly, how this man-made her feel loved last night.

Aaron stirs in his sleep and opens his eyes slowly when he feels the soft touch on his face. Grace smiles shyly and looks down.

"Good morning" she mumbled softly smiling.

She looked up when she got no reply or any movement from Aaron.

"Aaron?" she called when she saw Aaron furrowed eyebrows.

Aaron removed his arms around her and suddenly sat up. "Shit!"

He muttered when the realization hit him.

"A-Aaron what happened?" Grace asked nervously getting up from her lying position.

"Shit! Shit! How did it happen" Aaron pulled his hair in frustration?

Grace bites her lips, and she doesn't know what to do or think of Aaron's reaction. He didn't regret it, right? No no don't think like this, Grace. He won't yeah.

 She can't think positive.

But her hope crumbled with Aaron's next words.

"I am sorry, Grace."

"W-why?" she holds her breath and doesn't want to hear the next words. She's not ready, she can't take it.

"I was not in my right mind, I fucking lost control again. I didn't want to do this. I am sorry."

Aaron's every word was scratching her heart painfully. She breaths painfully. So hurt.

"B-but we are m-married, and you are my mate, it's alright, right? I-It's normal in a c-couple, then why are y-you s-sorry?" She was already tearing from inside, her chest was hurting badly. Just minutes ago she was so happy and so peaceful, how can this happen?

"But we are not a couple Grace!!" He shouted, standing up.

"I didn't even want a mate in the first place!!" he said, pacing back and forth. Grace tears started running down from her cheeks.

"Look, i-it was just a mistake. Don't take it seriously. Just think it didn't happen, and we are good. We live just like we were doing before, okay." He said and just stormed out of the room.

Grace grabbed her chest that was hurting painfully. A mistake. That was it?

The night she was so happy she was peaceful. Where she felt loved and wanted from her mate.... was just a mistake.

How can she forget the beautiful night of her life that engraves in her mind? How can she forget the sensation and feeling that's still in her body when Aaron touches her.

How can he say this so easily after pleasuring her for the whole night? Didn't he feel anything? No love? No pleasure? Not satisfied?

How?

 Her mate dumped her again. Made fun of her. Crushed her hope into pieces again.

Snatched her happiness.

She cried and cried, curling herself into a ball. I longing just wanted her mate warmth. Still craving for his love and comfort. She feels useless.

She is not good enough for her mate. Her mate didn't find her beautiful. He is disgusted with her. He didn't love her. She's ugly. She's not pleasurable. She's not good for her mate. She's useless.

She blamed herself again.

For hoping. But what can she do? She's always wanted her mate's love. But when she's not getting it, she is sensitive and blaming herself for not satisfying her mate.

She sobs just thinking of the night where she was crying in pleasure. And love. Where Aaron made love with her. And now she's crying in pain, in longing.

She wished it was just a bad dream. A nightmare but the brutal pain in her chest and the loud sobs of her making Grace realize is that it's a reality.

Aaron really just left her after making a beautiful night with her. Saying it's just a mistake.

Why? Why is it always her? Why everyone leaves her. Is she bad luck? Is she a curse to everyone, or is she a bad person that no one wants her. No one stays with her.

Yes, she's a curse because then why did everyone leave her crying every time.

First, her parents leave her after giving her love and promise to never leave her alone. They leave her alone in this cruel world.

She wants her mother. Her warmth, her sweet voice that calms her to sleep. She wants to cry in her lap and sleep in her love and warmth.

She wants her father—his protection, his strong scent to comfort her and make her feel safe.

She misses them so much.

SHe cried in loneliness and longing with aching heart and fear of being all alone in this world.
