Chapter 5: Been ungrateful.

Chapter 5

★★BELLA★★

 "Take this thing out..." He said as he fell on the floor.

         "Bullets?!" I yelled in surprise. I was extra afraid, thinking he wanted to do something else to me.

           He turned to me "am really hurt right now, doesn't mean i can't kill you" he said, pointing his gun to my head.

     Oh, my gosh... Oh God, am so afraid of guns.

        "Pick the scissors, and the alcohol." I picked them up, my hands were shaking. "How's she going to help me with digging my flesh with those shaky hands.?" He said .

           Before i start, he give me a few warnings. "Listen lady, if you don't do it well, I'll blow you up, and if you try to run, that would be the illest.

          He gave me his phone "start".

          I used the scissors to tear his shirt open, i don't know how to do this. Seeing an open wound, I got up and ran to the other side of the bush to throw up. My whole body is shaking.

           After throwing up, i gathered courage and went back to him, help him clean the surface with alcohol, he was a strong guy, bearing a pain like this without screaming. "What... What should i do?"

       "Take the scissors in, and collect the bullet" he said. 

 I gulped down a load of spit "OK... Bella you can do this, you can do this, you can do this..." I'm on the verge of crying. I can't imagine me deeping a scissor in someone's flesh.

         "Hey, are you going to take it out, or should i just kill you?"

        "I'm trying, I'm trying..." I say, gathered all the courage in me, slowly put the sterilized scissors in his flesh. The bullet was deep.

       "Shit... I'm gonna die!" He yelled. He used one of his hands to grab mine. "Take it out! I'll die now".

       I shed a lot of tears as i managed to take out the bullet. "Mother!!" He yelled.

 It wasn't too big. After removing it, i wanted to run away to throw up for the second time, he turned and hugged me tight. He was panting really hard.

        "Let go...!" I yelled. He still hugged me tightly in his arm. His heart was beating so fast.

         After a while, he let go and fall back. I think i just swallowed my vomit.

      I wiped all the blood from his shoulder and bandaged his wounds. He was stiff. He had a tattoo on his back 'Ĵαʏ∂ɛи' this should be his name.

I used my hand to softly read the letters "J, A, Y, D..."

        “What are you doing?" He asked.

 "Uhhmm... Nothing, nothing..." I say quickly. I got up to leave and realized our hands were cuffed together. 

 "Why did you cuff both our hands?"

       "I want to sleep, watch around while i rest, when i get better, I'll let you go." He said.

       “See Mr, you're been ungrateful, I helped you and now you don't want to let me go. Remove the cuff, don't you have a house?" I can only hear him snore.

 I checked his pocket for the keys, it wasn't there. 

 He was snoring really loud. My aunt is going to kill me, his blood was all over the sheet.

         I tapped his chest lightly "Please let me go, my family must be looking for me" he was quiet. I tried to remove his scarf from his face, a big handheld me "What are you trying to do?!"

          "Let me go or I'll use the scissors on you" i threatened.

       He brought out the keys from under the sheet then unlocked the cuff.

I ran home as fast as i could, so, he won't get to me. Kelly was outside. 

   "Bella, where are you coming from? My mom is looking for you."

       "Nothing, let's go in" i say. Hope Lisa doesn't ask about the sheets?
