[ Chapter 10: See? ]

Five girls walked in. Each of the girls returned to their seats, except Leah. Of course, the classroom is empty. The morning breaks are not finished yet.

Leah stood at her seat. She can see Jin, he is sleeping. He used his arms to sleep and laid his head sideways. He slept unfazed and unperturbed in the classroom.

Leah doesn’t know what to do.

Leah didn’t know what to do this time. Her worried heart says to go but her mind is not. Both of her conscious mind and heart conflicted. 

Then someone pushed her.

: Ah! 

Leah looked back to the person who pushed her.

: Go! Go! Go! Fighting!

Nami cheered her up. It was not just Nami. Ole, Ji and Gu smiled at her.

: This!

Leah is not excited since this is a serious one. Her worth is about that dog’s life. She was saved because of this guy; Jin Park saved her for the sake of his dog.

Then Leah slowly stepped her heel and toe. She doesn’t want him to wake up.

It took her 30 seconds to reach him.

: Uhm...

Leah muttered.

: Are you sleeping?

Leah said.

: I think so.

Leah replied to herself. Then she poked his face fastly.

: Ah!

Jin was startled.

: Who?

Jin asked. However, he can’t see someone beside him. He looked at the other girls but, they are too far from him.

: Is it just my imagination?

Jin asked himself.

Then he laid his head down. He slept.

Leah who poked him is hiding under his desk. That scared her. Jin just woke up.

The girls who saw it wore different smiles.

: Just do it!

Nami asked her mind. However, Leah just poked him and hid.

: I can’t help but to do this.

Nami said to herself.

: Jin! Jin! Jin!

Nami shouted.

The girls who heard this gawked. They haven’t expected her to shout his name. Leah who stood under his desk trembled.

With that call, Jin just woke up again. He stood this time. Then he looked at the girl who shouted. He saw that girl was pointing at him downwards. He moved his head downwards.

: You!

Jin muttered as he saw her.

: What are you doing there!

Jin asked her.

: I am here to-

Leah said but stopped her words halfway.

: I am not interested in you! Okay!

Jin said then grabbed his bag. He walked away.

: Ah!

Leah was taken aback by his words.

When Jin walked away, the girls who see this scene walked to Leah. They didn’t expect this also.

: Haha!

Nami laughed at her. She felt it was a stress reliever.

However, Ji looked at her with fierce eyes.

: Okay, Okay, I am sorry.

Nami said. She apologized to them. Then she looked at Leah.

: See? He doesn't care about you or his dog! Did he kill you now?

Nami said.

: You!

Ji looked at her fiercely.

The two stared from each other.

: Can you stop it two! Leah is in trouble! Did you see that guy rejected her! Haven’t you?

Gu intercepted the fight.

: Yes! Leah, that man didn't kill you! He just rejected your kindness!

Ole said. However, that worsens the mood.

: You too-?

Gu asked her. She looked at these three. She doesn’t know what to say.

: Uhmm...

Gu muttered. She doesn’t know what to expect at her friends.

: Ah!

Leah suddenly stood and ran away.

: It’s your fault Nami!

Ji said to her.

: I just stated the fact Ji! Leah was spoiled too much! She is not a kid anymore! I know, I know, you treat Leah like that, because of that cause you don’t want her to blame right?

Nami said. Then she walked away too.

: Argh!

Ji stomped her foot.

Ole without doing anything ran after to her friend. She knew Nami was joking. Everyone knows what her personality is. She dislikes seeing Leah act like a kid. Nami just wanted to tell the truth.

Then they ran after Leah too. But Gu ran after Nami.

Ole who arrived at Leah’s side cooled her off.

: He didn't do anything to you, right?

Ole asked her.

Leah who sobbed looked at her.

: Thank you.

Leah said. Then she hugged her back.

: It's okay. Can you keep this as a promise that you will not do anything again?

Ole asked her.

: Hmm...

Leah nodded despite her sad face. Then they break off from the hug.

Leah calmed herself and looked at them. She saw Nami being held Gu, and Ji is beside them.

: Thank you, girls.

Leah said and bowed down.

: I am so sorry. Nami it was my mistake. It was all because of me.

Leah said tearfully.

Nami who saw this, she couldn’t help but run at her.

: I am sorry too.

Nami said while stopping her from bowing. She looked at her with a worried face too. Then she hugged her back.

: I won’t do it again.

Nami said as she hugged her tightly.

Gu and Ji who saw this smile.

Then Leah breaks off from the hug. She looked at her friends with a serious face.

: Even if I killed his dog again. I am not sacred! I will fight him to death! They’re just boys, isn’t he?

Leah said and stopped halfway before continuing her words.

: He is not worthy before us!

Leah said to the girls with a serious face.

: That’s my Leah!

Ji called her.

: Leah!

Gu and Ole called too.

: She really is.

Nami called her too.

: Our Leah!

Ole called with a cheerful smile.

: Let us go!

Leah suggested.

: That’s the spirit, Leah!

Ji encouraged her.

: Friends...

Leah muttered.

: Ha ha ha!

They laughed together despite her mistakes and faults.

: Even she is honest and naïve sometimes that makes us happy. If Leah is happy then, I am too. That smile is our strength.

Gu describes her meticulously.
