I was kept in the hospital for about 2 weeks before I was finally discharged.

I packed my luggages inside the Booth of the car I hopped into the back seat,

And then we drove home.

"Bitch, i want you to go to the kitchen now and make me some food am starving , make sure you Clean the kitchen, when you're done you are to do my laundry and wash my car and if you need me am at the yard trashing your mother's remains"  he commanded me more like am a slave that is parentless," well am an orphan 'cos he isn't even worthy to be tagged my stepfather, I hate my life now, am sure this is the end of everything, what kind of life am a born to live,am a born to suffer, I just give up and put everything to the hands of God, no hope, no mother, no father, no school, no care"I kept soliloquizing till I got to the kitchen.

On getting to the kitchen I couldn't believe me eyes, It was  dirty, smelly, scattered, full of unwashed dished and rotten remains. I remembered that I left here clean before rushing to the hospital, am so dissapointed , weak and tired .

I clean the kitchen and also the whole house to disallow further disturbance from my stepdad , I served his food and I ate mine in the kitchen, am so glad that am done for the day and I deserved rest am so tired.

I started walking up to my room in quietness the my step dad attacked me from the back and since I was weak and tired I couldn't fight back.

"Don't let this be like the last time , give yourself to me and you'll enjoy me, also remember that no one will rescue you so I'll advise you not to make any annoying noise " He threatened me...  I was to weak, tired , cold, helpless, and sick. So I have to surrender to this son if a bitch.

So once again am being raped.

So 'the devil' my stepdad has travelled and would be gone for about two weeks. So today I decided to go-to the park and have some fun or maybe make new friends. Am reading a Shakespearean novel while sitting on a bench .

It's been a very cool and ideal evening for me and as soon as the sun is about to go down I'll head home and enjoy my peace while it lasts.

I notice that something or someone is obstructing the ray of light pose towards my book so.i decided to look up and see what caused it.

Close to me was standing a very gorgeous looking guy who look more like a Greek god , oh am almost drooling 🤤🤤, he looks more like the man of my dreams.

" I can see that you're reading a Shakespearean novel, lemme take a look at it" the boy said as I handed him the book, my mouth was slightly open 'cos I am stunned by his handsomeness .

"Pls close your mouth......"he said as he smirked at me", well, well,well ,what do we have here ,mid summer night dream, cool, I love this book , so interesting don't lemme be a spoile,r so I'll have to keep mute" he said nicely

"No worries , it's okay by me" I replied

"I'll give you time read the book, I'll also love you to try and read Ralph Ellison's 'invisible man' it's such a great novel" he advised me.

"Oh... thanks for the recommendation , I'll try to read it , nice meeting you am prudence short for Prudy" 

" Am sorry for not introducing myself at first , my bad, am Julian Ford nice meeting you as well" he stretches his hand for a hand shake, I shook his hands politely buh the thing is that i notice the reaction in his face after shaking my hands.

I felt sudden electrical sparks when the touch me, I was almost turned on , he's just everything a lady would in a guy, least a forget , I just met him , it may be love at first sight who knows.

"What a soft hand for an Angelic looking girl named prudence" I am already jumping and giggling with me , an handsome hot guys said I look Angelic , meerhn am over the moon, am sure my cheeks must be redder than tomato right now , my happy reactions faded away with what he nsaid next

" Look at bruises all over your skin , right from your arms, your legs even under your chin" he complained assessing my body. 

I guess he'd found out and I guess it's to late to deny that my stepdad did this to me, so I explained everything that happened before and after my mom's death to Julian, I don't know why but I feel like I trust him.

"..... So that's all have been passing through ever since" I finished explaining to him

"So by what time does he actually abuses you since he does this every day" Julian asks.

" Around 7:30 -9:00 everyday,in fact it's already a daily routine for him, I have no choice , I gotta live with it" I explained to him.

"So gimme your home address I think , I might visit anytime from now".

"No problem you can come anytime this week,'cos am sure my step isn't going to be around for now " 

So tell me about yourself, I'd like to know more about you.

Well as I've told you earlier my name is prudence in shot for prudy, I am currently 18 years old yeah ,I'm at all that , you know that and my father died when I was at the age of 10, my mother had to married another man because she can't fend for my needs and right now, I'm in my final year in the high school but since my mother died and unable to go to school because of my stepfather ,as for me and I would like to be a lawyer, a writer and actress and I, would like to involve myself in business because I think that's what brings more income of recently and as a lady or like a girl I like guys that are tall huge and stout with slot of tattoos,have passion for reading, I wanna be with someone that would not abuse me ,that will make me enjoy myself as a lady, that will help me know my ways and I also wish I don't have the stepfather just want to be free even though, I'm eighteen right now, I don't know the risk and put myself even if I charging or reporting to the to the police I don't just know what to do and how to make my life better ,I wish to become a better person in the future but it's saying is I don't know how to do it and meeting you today like well throughout our discussion and all that you're my type of person ,I like your vibe, vibe to give her around me your PS4 you're everywhere like wow I don't believe I can be able to talk to someone about my story and all that so right now I just feel I just feel or wish my life is better than it is right now so that's all about me for now what else do you want to know Julian.

 "WowIWow! I love what you said about yourself and your ambition so far and I am hundred percent ready to support you,... well I think we have a lot in common because I also want to be an actor ,a businessman ,probably right there cuz I love reading a lot like the way you are I just want to be like Shakespeare, I just love anything that deals with literature an old ass man, I can name a lot of books for you to read I'm so happy to be in the humanistic section of studies like other science students are just that brainstorming and brain breaking science stuff and not really my thing actually".

So Julian tell me about yourself

"I am I just came here, like I just came to learn one or two skills and as you can see I am young I am 22 years old and I came here for my internship , and yes I know,I am young and I'm doing internship right now, the thing is I started the college  very early age and that's where I am here for internship . I am very bright student in case you don't know and I'm sure you even know with the books are recommended for you ,so I studied business and now I am here for my internship and as for my parents ,my parents are dead, I lost them long ago so I stay with my uncle  I live on my own ,I am from England".

"oh well ok thanks, for us opening up to me like wow at 22😳 I'm very very surprised and I'm like I can't say I'm proud of you right now well I'm eighteen so before 22 years old I'm very sure if by God's grace my stepfather allows me to go to school I'll be able to finish my college by the age of 23 I guess then before i  my internship let's say 24, like it's not too bad still , yes that was a little bit early for you to start college and I must say you're very bright student wow I am very impressed kudos to you".

" It's getting late already I think I have to get going, it's a pleasure meeting you, bye" he waves his hands at me as he runs off

"Same here, bye"I waved back

So I think I deserve peace tonight since my so called stepdad isn't around, I'd love to say " home sweet home".
