Fletcher smiled icily. “I just want to bully you!”

The way he looked at Suzy was inexplicably complicated. His peculiar gaze frightened her.

‘Does he hate me? Why does he look at me like this?’ she wondered to herself.

“Let me take you home!” said Fletcher.

After he finished talking to Lawrence, Fletcher walked over to Suzy and grabbed her hand while she was still in a daze. She wanted to snatch her hand back, but he was holding it too tightly in his large, warm hand.

Following closely behind Fletcher, Suzy staggered out of the building. Watching them leave, Lawrence could do nothing but bitterly swallow his anger. The fact of the matter was that Fletcher was no different than a thief. Lawrence would not forget about this so easily.

As soon as they exited the hotel, a limited edition Maybach pulled up in front of them.

“Get in the car,” ordered Fletcher.

Suzy hesitated slightly.

“Don’t make me repeat myself.” His voice was colder now.

Suzy stubbornly stared at Fletcher. “I don’t want to. I don’t even know you!”

“Don’t you know who I am?”

Very well then. Fletcher’s eyes narrowed dangerously. In fact, he had almost lost control when he bumped into Suzy and Lawrence earlier. They had been standing so close to each other.

With her naive and innocent face, this woman may have lied to many men. If he had not arrived in time, she might have even enjoyed a good time with Lawrence right there in the corridor.

“Should I know you?” asked Suzy.

The more she thought about it, the weirder this man in front of her seemed. Although he was handsome, he seemed to be just like a pervert. What did he want? Why did he ask her to be with him? Did he think that she had no right to make her own decisions?

Fletcher gritted his teeth and stared at Suzy, spitting out, “I’ll let you get to know me again!”, before forcing her into the car.

Suzy slapped her palms against the car door and shouted at him, “Hey! What are you doing? It’s against the law. Don’t you know that? Let me go!”

The anger that Fletcher had been suppressing for the past six years now exploded. He had searched for her for two long years, doing all he could just to locate her. But, it was all in vain, and he had lost hope.

He’d even made up his mind to live alone for the rest of his life. Now, he’d found her after all, but she had been clinging to his cousin, Lawrence.

What a shameful woman! Would she do anything for the sake of money?

Fletcher pulled at his tie in frustration. Taking off his coat, he threw it onto the car seat.

Shocked, Suzy looked at the inexplicably angry man. Trying not to stutter, she hesitantly asked, “You… what are you doing?”

What was he doing? He was going to teach her a lesson.

Fletcher stared at Suzy with a cold expression on his face. The way his body was reacting to her reminded him again.

It was her.

Only her.

She was a shameful woman who would do anything for money.

But, he wanted no one but her.

Five years had passed, and yet no matter how much he didn’t want to, he still remembered that one time.

After that, no woman could attract him anymore. Hence, the rumours of him liking men instead began to spread.

It was all her fault.

Realizing what he was about to do, Suzy cried out, “No! You cannot do this!”

Her eyes were wide open in fear. She took a glance at the strong, tall man before her. Coldness was written all over his exquisite face. It seemed like there was hatred in him too.

Suzy tried her best to make sense of the situation. Why did he hate her so much? But she was not given time to think anymore.

The car seat was let down with a thump, and Fletcher approached her quickly.

“No, no…”

Ignoring her resistance, he kissed her with his warm lips...
