"Aren't you going to wake up? You're so lazy. Don't waste my time." Fred tapped Jayda. "Leave me alone, let me sleep more." Jayda groaned then covered her ears with a pillow. 

"Mr Maklaw is in a sexual relationship with his new secretary!" Stella screamed to the large room that contained a large portion of the staff of his office, each person having their own desk. Stella was really bad at keeping things to herself and always wanted to let it out to a large number of people so she felt completely relieved after doing that. 

"What do you mean by she's pregnant? My wife doesn't have a womb." He frowned. He thought Claire was playing games with him because it wasn't funny at all. "Yes, she's four months pregnant." She informed him. 

"What's with that expression?" Jayda asked, feeling irritated by it. "You mean He's your father," Fred's heart rose and fell in fast motion. He was panting heavily to catch his breath. 

"Thank you, ma'am." Jayda and Fred's part-time maid for their house said to Jayda, bowing politely even though she was way older. She was done for the day and had to leave for home.  "No problem, you're welcome." She smiled.  

A Few Days Later "Of course, I'm freaking excited!" Freya exclaimed.  

...A CUT FROM THE PAST Marcus, Jayda's father and Maxwell, Fred's father, were very good friends. They had been friends right from middle school till they became grown up men.  

Fred got into his car and drove really fast to the city Hospital. Why was all this happening to him?  Fred couldn't contain how anxious he was. He prayed that nothing was wrong? How could he have been so careless to let her go when she was driving crazily? 

Jayda carefully walked to her seat after her speech for her late mother, drying the tears that formed in her eyes with a piece of cloth she had especially gotten for this. "Please don't cry," Freya patted her back gently.
