"I pray this Ibadan sun will not roast me one day oo," Bunmi complained loudly. Iyunade nodded in agreement as they continued their walk towards the school parking area. The sun shined brighter and hotter as if to acknowledge the statement made causing the girls to groan in irritation.  

 "Bro Tunde, won't you eat? Dinner was served about two hours ago," Ife said. Her tone of voice showed that she was worried about him. Since the day they met Chief Adeakin and his female companion at the newly opened restaurant, he had been moping around with a sullen look on his face. She had tried to ask him or do things to shake him out of the funk he seemed to be in, all to no avail. Even right now, he was on the floor of his room, just lying down and staring into space.  

  The cool breeze swirled around the atmosphere and felt like a soothing massage to Iyunade's face. This was exactly the reason she loved sitting in the compound of her hostel. Most times, the breeze made her relax so much that she forgot her problems, even if it was just for a moment.  Sitting outside is always worth it.

The girl in question was on his bed chuckling. "So, are you saying I cannot talk to boys? No problem, I won't talk to boys again. I will tell them I want to be a nun," Ife replied, making Tunde laugh with his hand holding his stomach.
