SkylarThe crashing of thunder woke me from my deep sleep. I opened my eyes almost immediately when I heard it and sat upon the bed with a headache. 

 Skylar "Aunt Melly?" 

Skylar I tapped my foot on the floor nervously, my heart, and mind racing. 

Skylar"I cannot believe you won again!" Josh groaned loudly, throwing the remote on the couch as he glared at the tv screen.

SkylarI was unprepared for the kiss.

Skylar"Just leave them there, thanks." I smiled politely at the young men who set my paint boxes on the floor.

SkylarBy the time I finished showering, only ten minutes had passed. Putting my strawberries cream scent on, I wore a pair of pajama pants and a tank top. 

SkylarMy body was numb from the cold, my breath froze in the air in puffy white clouds. A whine left my lips out of discomfort as I tucked the sheets under my chin. Reluctant to wake up, I squeezed my eyes shut, but after another minute of tossing and turning; I forced my eyes open.

Skylar"I don't think it's wise to choose this fabric, Leila," Violet murmured, pinching the bridge of her nose as she circled her.
