Adrian frowned, staring at her as she sang. She protested. He hadn't exactly expected that. He thought she'd say something along the lines of: I want you, so this is fine. He'd thought she'd say something like that. 

She laid in his lap, as he stroked her hair. She wouldn't stop shivering. He found it disconcerting, how afraid she was. "There, there, little songbird," he whispered, kissing her hair. "Everything is alright. He's gone now."

Ophelia had fallen asleep.  Adrian went back down to the Mines. He was...upset. Fury was coursing his veins. He'd never been so angry. 

Adrian allowed her to sit on his lap. She was facing him, her legs on either side of him. She said she was scared. He stroked her hair. "Greedy cat, will you ever leave me alone?"

 The older woman stared up at the large house. She checked the address again with a frown. That Eric boy never was reliable. Oh well, she'd check anyway. She knocked on the door, waiting impatiently.  

"I want you...to be my boyfriend," Ophelia said, looking at the ground. Adrian frowned, pausing as he began to undress.  "What?" 

Adrian knocked on her dressing room door. "Who is it?" She called. "It's me," he said gruffly. 

Ophelia put her makeup on. She sighed, and put on some heels. She got a cab to a club. She needed a little relaxing time. Plus she'd just gotten paid. She headed to the club, paying the cab driver. She looked around the club. Definitely not as classy as the Mines but...

Ophelia picked up her phone. Thomas chuckled. "Okay, okay you go. I want to hear him," he said, elbowing her gently. "Okay, okay, hold on. I'm dialing." 

Adrian's phone rang. He answered it. "My apartment...flooded."
