"I've got bad news." He said as soon as he answered. "What?" I panicked. 

"Luke?" His supposed mum called with wide eyes. "What are you doing here?" She stared between us both, "and more importantly who is this?" "You two are responsible for the liar gas?" He asked, a crack in his voice. He was as disappointed as he was surprised. 

"Oh my God." Luke stared at me in disbelief. It was clear he hadn't expected to perform the action he took. "What the heck is going on?" I shook my head. "Why would you kiss me?!" I stood on my feet in rushed motion. 

"Okay so guess what major things I stayed up all might working on?" Luke brought me out of thinking to focus on reality once more. "I don't know, some sort of weird  genius, science thing?" I rolled my eyes. With him, it was seeming a regular habit. 

"What are you doing here?" Luke hurried to hold my hand as though he expected some sort of attack. I squinted my eyes to make sure I wasn't seeing things. I observed that one of her eye was black with a pinch of green. Odd eye colour but remarkable. "That's a silly question honey, I live here." She crossed one arm across her chest and waved the other one which

She was back! Her eyes diverted to her unconscious son and his laid position. "What in the world is going on here? "I'll explain but right now, I think your husband is under someone's control. You were too, until I knocked that bracelet off your wrist." I rushed to explain the best that I could to her. She raised her fist in the air as if to swing them at me.

"What happened?" I threw at her as soon as we got upstairs. My eyes wandered to scrutinize her body for any sort of harm even in her seated position. She was sitting crossed legged in front of the computer, a blank look on her face. 

"Um… I'm confused as to why you two are bringing this up suddenly but if we focus on arguing in a time like this, it'll be extremely difficult to argue with each other in a time like this. We need unity." Lolita expressed, taking me aback with her reaction. I'd expect her to have acted shock by out confessions. I know my mother would have acted differently. "You'

I freaked out at the sudden disturbance. I had no knowledge on what we were supposed to do. I noticed the door come open slowly and turned in the direction. "Come on in." Lolita yelled at us. 

Reporters littered the anterior view of the nail lab. A sea of humans flooded the scene, all mumbling and chattering while a group of police cars flocked the environs. It was difficult to make out what the people were saying. It was an exceptional ceremony for me. "We're currently at the lab where it all started and our brave heroes
