The total shares for Kobayashi Pharma all belong to Kobayashi Masao, and since Kobayashi Masao has passed away, those shares belonged to Kobayashi Ichiro and Kobayashi Jiro. Now that Kobayashi Jiro is missing, the shares eventually belonged to Kobayashi Ichiro. Who is Kobayashi Masayoshi to make decisions on behalf of Kobayashi Ichi by selling 30% of those shares to you?”

Yahiko picked up the signed contract in anger and said furiously, “See for yourself, everything was written in black and white on this contract. My family had owned 30% of shareholdings in Kobayashi Pharma! Besides, I’ve already made the payment!”

“Oh, I’m sorry about that.” Charlie said nonchalantly, “Whoever signed the contract with you, he had no right to sign at all. As such, this contract is void. Use your brain to think carefully. Do you think you own Japan if I let you sign a contract regarding the sale of this whole country?”

While saying this, Charlie received a copy of Paul’s shares transfer agreement and then threw it at Yahiko.

“Come, see for yourself what’s written on it. Kobayashi Ichiro had voluntarily transferred 90% of his shares to the Apothecary Pharmaceutical; everything had been written in black and white!”

“Refund?”

Charlie smiled. “I’m sorry Yahiko, I’m afraid you don’t know me very well. All this while, I’m known to hold strongly to one belief, not sure if you’ve heard of it,” he sneered in contempt.

Yahiko gritted his teeth, then asked, “What’s that belief about?!”

Charlie smiled and answered, “The belief is—no refund at all costs!”
