Episode 85

As the Elevator reaches the 39th floor where's the meeting was taken place, the 1st person that I saw as the door opened was Catherine.

"Mies..". (Catherine)

Clearly short on breath, she's obviously running to greet me.

"Cathy…is there something on my face?..why are you looking so shaken…".

I know she's probably afraid that I may go berserk because of this, I know she just touches down on Korea today, in all honesty, I'm not really blaming her on this. But considering the positions I gave her, she at the very least can handle this problem before I reach the office.

After the short gazing instance, I just walk past her and walk directly to the meeting hall. The silent treatment I gave should serve as a reprimand to her, Bang Dae Jung went past me and swung opened the meeting door which shocks everyone in the room.

"Sir!…um!!…". (Ran Hyun Ok)

Seeing Bang Dae Jung opened the door and me coming in, Ran Hyun Ok was clearly shocked seeing me. Clearly, the situations getting worse as her eyes land's on Catherine who's silently standing behind me. Before she says something I raised my hand and silent her.

"Ah!…Finally!...Welcome President Mies..".(CFO Jung)

Being quick-witted as a snake that he was, CFO Jung who saw how Ran Hyun Ok reaction's he knew I am the Mysterious President. He stood up smiling and clap, some of the attendees who sat with him also did the same, but some instead of following his act the only stood up and turn towards me and respectfully greets me.

I replied to those who greet me with a polite bow in response to theirs, but instead of saying anything I'm just looking at them with cold eyes, immediately I stare at CFO Jung who slowly realizes that his cheerful greeting was useless to me.

"Where is Manager Micheal Jung?..".

My voice wasn't really loud but it echoes in the room where 50 people. While walking towards the head seat at the end of the table, everyone in the room finally realizes the gravity of the situation.

"He's not present sir..". (Ran Hyun Ok)

At this point standing near me, I can see Ran Hyun ok were clearly shaken, her hand was trembling when I asked her the questions.

"Hmmm?... Why?….".

Sitting down on my chair, I casually asked her.

"President Mies…Let me Explain..". (CFO Jung)

Before Ran Hyun Ok spoke the CFO Jung interject.

"<Knock!>….do I ask you? no right?...so shut up..…CEO Ran, Answer my question….".

I lightly knock on the table, the light sound put a stop to every noise in the room. Unemotionally I gaze the old fool and all over the room, I even activate the oppressive aura, which made all of them break a cold sweat.

".…Manager Micheal Jung is absent…under the order of CFO Jung…". (Ran Hyun Ok)

Ran Hyun Ok was avoiding my gaze as she said that, at the same time CFO Jung was clearly sweating buckets right now.

"Absent huh….so, he can come and leave whenever he wants…and when he made a problem, his father apparently covers him up…ain't that right CFO Jung?..".

"That's…not…Ehem!..". (CFO Jung)

"Not What?…you think you gathering all these managers besides you going to amount to anything?…you probably wanted to show that CEO Ran was incompetent and hope that you could snatch her position by creating all this ruckus right?..".

"Umm...Sir..that's not..". (CFO Jung)

Clearly everything not going to what he's planned.

"Quite ballsy though..but you forgot..This is Virtue, it's MY company..not yours, not Catherine, not CEO Ran, not everyone's…this is not some shareholder company that you think, that everything you do could sway anything….I owned everything….and every one of you was only my employee….....which I can dispose of however I liked….".

"SIR!!.. PLEASE FORGIVE US!!..".

Everyone inside the meeting room stands up and bow to me, the one on CFO Jung was even frantically begging at me.

"it's easy right…..you make a scene, then after just apologize afterward...….<tap..tap..>…so do you think I should just let it go after you all apologize?….oi you all make me come here and waste my time….you all should think everything through before doing stupid shit like this…you,...Are you from the Law Department?..".

"Y..yes Sir...Virtue Gorea Branch Law Department Team Leader Kim Dea Hwan, Sir..".(Kim Dea Hwan)

Startled by my sudden call, Kim Dea Hwan who sat on the left side of the table immediately stood up.

"Good…look at the files I send you just now, coordinate with the PR team…..you have time until tomorrow, to get it all done…as for you all on my right side…congratulations, you just got yourself a lawsuit…..and you're all fired, effective immediately….".

"But...But!!..you can't do this!!…". (Random Manager)

"I can and I just did it…let me remind you all, I know everything you've all done while you were in your positions, you know the sexual harassment and embezzling and stuff…So stop whining before I add that to the list….....then, I want to see that your office is clean by the time I left this building…Understood?!…..good, then you all can go....".

As everyone who on my left side broke a cold sweat at my ruthless executions of power, the left side could only accept it as they all stood up and leaving the meeting room.

"WAIT!!... Before you leave...YOUR FIRED!!!....okay you can go now...".

everyone who saw what just happened shock, some even broke into a giggle. but seeing how I come to being serious again, they all turn back to their previous demeanor.

[What was that all about?..]. (T.A.S)

"(Nothing... I just want to try doing that.....at least now I can scratch one thing off my bucket list...)".

I don't really like to prolong this useless meeting anymore because I still have a lot of things to do, nevertheless, the room was immediately gone cold silent the moment I said my verdict. There's no need for length explanations, keep it simple, the problem with Catherine and Ran Hyun Ok was they think too much about this kind of stuff, going down here already mess up my schedule, at the very least I should do something like this to appease my annoyed feeling and at the same time do the infamous impression.
