Funerals....

When I thought of funerals, they were always cloudy. Gloomy weather, clouds, maybe rain. Dry plants and bare trees. Certainly I did not though of funerals with sunshine, cheerful birdsongs and colorful spring flowers in combination.

But just as was the funeral of my best friend Changying.

I could still not believe what was happening, even in the moment when I put a pink orchid on the fresh grave. Changying had loved orchids and pink was her favorite color in these flowers. Her coffin was decorated with pink orchids and white lilies. It would have pleased her. The thought brought tears to the eyes. Drops of tears trickled down my cheeks.

I wiped my face and looked around. The other mourners were gone already, I saw two girls in a corner. Besides Changying's family and her closest friends, many classmates had been here. The news of her death had shocked us all and most could not believe that Changying, was gone, gone forever from all our lives.

I, myself, was unable to believe this.

Changying had been so happy in recent weeks. She was going great in all the aspects of her life. Her grades were great, and recently she had been together with her new boyfriend, Shen. Why should she have to kill herself in this situation?

In addition, it was something else that made me doubt that it was a suicide. My hand, unintentionally, went inside my black bag and I felt my mobile that I had kept inside my bag. I remembered the last messages I had received from Changying.

When I told Changying's mother, that Changying was found dead in the park, I thought that it was my responsibitly to share with her the last news that I had with me, of my best friend, with only some trustworhty people. I had shown the messages only to Changying's parents and then the police.

Changying was depressed and worried. She felt low.

She had messaged me about her being worried, but I could not talk to her much regarding this because of our exams. I, also, assumed that it was the exam pressure that was making Changying behave like this. And, I assumed that this was all going to be temporary.

Although Changying had always been a good student, but here it was not just about a simple class work. We were in high school, and our future depended upon on scores. She was pretty good in studies and I had just thought that she was nervous about her performance in the exams.

As I stood near Chnagying’s grace, I blamed myself that I had not taken her worries seriously.

I decided that I would share all that I know with Changying’s parents and the police.

A lot was going in my mind. This certainly could not have been a suicide. Changying was a bright student. One big change that she experienced in her life recently was getting into a relation with Shen.

Maybe it was another student, who murdered Changying. Maybe, someone loved Changying and he killed her out of jealousy because she was with Shen. No, this can’t be true.

Maybe, I read too many detective stories and watch many TV serials, but I could not just ignore any of my thoughts at this moment. After all, it was a very strange coincidence that she sent me these messages and a few days before her death.

left quietly from Changying and made my way home. Changying's parents had planned no big memorial service after the actual funeral, they wanted to spend the day with the family, what could I understand. I probably would not have wanted it otherwise, I would have been in their place. At the main gate waiting for me a surprise. Shen stood there, his hands deep into his jacket pockets and his eyes on the cemetery. When he saw me, he took his hands out of his pockets and took a step toward me.

"Hey," he greeted me when I reached him.

"Hey." For a moment we stood there in silence until he pointed to the street.

"Shall I take you?"

"Do you have an extra wait for me here?" I asked a counter-question, but sat directly back into motion. Shen put his hands back into his jacket pockets and shrugged short shoulders.

"I ... maybe." Talkative he did not seem to be, but I could understand that day in any case. His girlfriend was found dead a few days ago and now her funeral had been. I was not very talkative today, too much for me went around in my head. To all these thoughts now also the question of why Shen had been waiting for me came. But actually, I could almost imagine. Certainly he wanted to talk about Changying and I was, after all, been her best friend. However, I just was not then to talk to anyone about Changying. We reached his car and he opened the passenger door for me.

"Thanks," I muttered before I got in and buckled me. Shen took in the driver's seat and started the car, but strapped in until he had already been approached. He forgot to buckle up happy times, I remembered one of Changying's many stories about him. Again my eyes began to burn. Changying was missing, I could not really realize always that she was dead and I would never see her again. I turned my head to the side and blinked a few times because I did not want to cry in front of Shen. Where it would have been understandable in this situation when I cried.

Sebastian turned around and raised an eyebrow. "Shit," he muttered. "What is it?" Case asked confused. "I think Jelia overheard us," said Sebastian. "How did you come up with that?" Case asked in surprise. “I heard her voice. If she noticed, we have a problem, ”said the brunette with a sigh. “Just let her know. At some point she would have found out anyway. Better this way than different, ”said Case with a shrug. “Better go to bed. We're leaving tomorrow morning, ”said Case and walked past him. Sebastian sighed and climbed the stairs. He went to Jelia's room and stopped in front of it. Weeping came through the door.Sebastian wanted to knock and check on her. But then decided against it and left. He didn't want to disturb her. She probably didn't want to see him right now anyway. He could understand that too. He would probably also not want to meet the murderer of his family. Sebastian headed for the room and shook his head. Why did he alwa

I'm glad you enjoyed it. At least it was an exciting party ”, Jelia said smiling. “But you are not allowed to tell anyone who I really am. Otherwise you will put yourself and me in danger ”, Jelia said seriously. "Don't worry, we'll keep it to ourselves," said Christopher cheerfully. "Good," said Jelia. “I have to go back now. Before anyone becomes suspicious, ”said Jelia. She helped Christopher and Elisabeth get on their horses and started back. She crept along the castle wall and jumped over the stone wall. She came out on the left side of the lot and climbed through her open room window. She quickly changed and left the room. She ran across the hall as if nothing had happened when five guards came rushing towards her. Jelia hesitated whether to turn back. But the guards stormed past her. Jelia found it impressive that the men were apparently on their feet again. Jelia went to the entrance where Arthur and Case were

Arthur looked through the crowd. But Jelia was gone. She was probably in the crowd somewhere. He went back to the balcony and looked down at the people. Of course he had an ulterior motive when he ordered Spera. Until now she has always escaped because she was able to move freely in the cities. But Arthur had cordoned off the whole area. This time she couldn't escape. "May I ask for quiet," Arthur said aloud. People turned to him and stopped talking. “Now I would like to introduce you to our Guest of Honor. Probably many, no, all of them have heard of him. The so-called guardian angel of the people. Famous and the most wanted person in the world, ”Arthur said aloud. A whisper went through the crowd and people exchanged confused looks. Arthur snapped his fingers and a spotlight came on and shone on Spera who was standing at the entrance.“May I introduce you to the heroine of the people? Spera, ”Arthur announced with a smile. You people inhaled sharply

They went through the hall and looked at the people. All arrogant, conceited, snobs. "Who is your company?" Asked Arthur walking towards her. Case and Sebastian ran next to him. "Oh, I was just looking for you, your highness," Jelia said and bowed quickly. "Who is your company? Looks familiar, ”said Arthur. "Oh yes. Arthur, Case, Sebastian. That is ... you can imagine it ... Spera ", Jelia introduced the black-haired woman. She just nodded. "You ... you are Spera? The right Spera? ”Arthur asked, astonished. "Do you see another one here?" Said Spera. "Welcome. Spera. Have fun, I just have to do something for a moment, "said Arthur and disappeared. "Nice to meet you," said Case, as always. Spera just shrugged."Happy ... happy, too," Sebastian said confused. "Ditto," said Spera simply. "May I speak to Jelia for a moment?" Said Case. "Sure," Jelia said and looked at Spera. "You just go. I'll be fine, ”said Spera and disappeared into the crowd. Jelia followed Ca

I ... I should go to the castle ?? Really? ”Asked Elisabeth happily. "What? No! It's too dangerous. What if this is an ambush? I don't want anything to happen to you, "said Christopher immediately. "Don't worry, I'll bring your girlfriend back safely. I also thought that something was wrong there. And if he should try to arrest you or something like that ... he will be surprised how many speras there are suddenly ”, Jelia said smiling. "And you are sure that everything will go well?" Asked Christopher."I promise you. Nothing will happen to Elisabeth, ”promised Jelia. "Fine, I'll do it ... but you can tell from the voice that I am not her," said Elisabeth thoughtfully. Jelia tied the scarf from her arm and gave it to Elisabeth. “What time?” Asked Elisabeth. "At seven. Try to be reasonably punctual, ”Jelia said seriously. “Sure, my aunt has a horse. I'll ask if she'll lend it to me, ”said Elisabeth cheerfully. “And I'm goin

“Jelia. Take care of yourself. I think Arthur is up to something to win the bet. So watch out if you notice anything unusual, ”he said. "Sure ... Your Highness," Jelia said and bowed briefly. Then she went to her room and closed the door behind her. "And? Did you find out something? ”Arthur wanted to know. "No. So far she always does what he says. But I found something else interesting. This Jelia is probably also the heroine of the people. This ... Spera, "said the guard. "Spera ... are you sure?" Asked Arthur. "Certainly. I've been watching her the whole time. I'm sure she is, Spera, ”said the guard. "How is that supposed to help me?" Said Arthur in a bad mood. “Have a farewell party on Friday. And tell him you want Spera and Jelia to be there. They are one and the same person. So it won't work. He will order her to invite you. But since Jelia is Spera, she can't. And she resiste

"No, I'm never around people," Sascha replied with a smile. "You can tell," mumbled Alexa. "After I have to keep an eye on you, you will remain understood in my vicinity", Sascha ordered. Alexa dropped her head on the pillow with a sigh. "I was afraid so," she muttered. He lay down next to her on

And this time it worked. She snuck out. And went to the protective wall. And then the idea came to her. She pulled a hand mirror out of her pocket. And held him in the middle of the protective wall. The wall broke and an alarm went off. Is that supposed to be a joke ?! Alexa didn't think long and

"It is not a toy, but a living being," replied Joachim. “You just have to say that”, “I have to go, bye”, Joachim said goodbye. Sascha looked at Alexa again. Alexa stared at the ceiling. "What's wrong with you?" Asked Sascha. But Alexa didn't feel like answering him. He sighed and sat down next t

She went into the garden and looked for the black cat. She found them behind the house. She stayed with the cat for an hour and then went back to the other side of the house. Sascha knelt in the meadow. In front of him sat a fox with a front paw in the air. Sascha made a bandage around the paw. "
