Tonight, I'm letting loose, I'm not going to be so uptight, I'm going to have fun because that is what I've been ordered- no commanded to do by a bunch of carrots I call friends.

Why are they doing this? It's my birthday and we just finished our exams which by the way, was hectic.

"What are we waiting for? Let's do this before I find the road to my bed" Salome one of my best friends said.

In case you're wondering, I have three best friends: Salome (sally), Nifise and Amanda. We've been friends since secondary school and we're inseparable. 

Salome's an Edo girl with a slim body, firm jaw, glowing caramel skin, round butt, full pink lips and hair cut short. 

Nifise's a Yoruba girl with an awesome figure just like Sally, we call them twins but from different parents. 

Amanda's Igbo she's a bit on the plus size side but her height covers for most of the 'extra flesh' she's got, she's got a fair skin that we always tease her for, saying she lacks melanin. 

While, I'm Kaninkon (it's a tribe in Kaduna, southern part of Kaduna). Let's just say I'm the shortest in the group, I'm a 5'5 while Amanda is a 5'6 the 'fake twins' are 5'7. I'm the darkest of us all (get it?No? Okay never mind). God compensated me with the longest hair in the group of which I'm forever grateful for.

"I think, we should ditch going out and just have fun here, you know, order pizza and rent movies. We have job haunt tomorrow for crying out loud" I said feeling exhausted when we haven't done anything yet.

"We're going out and that's final" Amanda said firmly looking at me as she did

"Can't y'all grant the birthday girl's wish?" I asked innocently.

"We did! We did everything you told us to do" Amanda replied rather quickly. 

Oh snap! I forgot. I had spent my birthday wishes wishing for unimportant stuff and now I really need the wish, I can't get it because these three girls are like witches.

"What? don't you want to go?" Nifise asked me

"I don't feel comfy in this, I'm practically naked" I said waving my hands exaggeratedly around me.

Not that anything was wrong with what I was wearing, in fact, I loved it. I was putting on a yellow thigh length dress ( if you can even call it that) that had an open back; the dress, held onto every curve making me look like a hooker of some sort; I think the type that does home service, where you'd pay a lot of money on them, yeah that type.

Nifise being the daughter of a well known fashion designer, chose this dress, saying something about my color popping, I wasn't really paying attention. The girl is talented I tell you,she made us all up, we look like we're going g for a photoshoot or something really important when in reality, we're going to drink our stress away.

"No you're not, there's nothing wrong with what you're wearing bitch, grab your things we're leaving" Salome said as a matter of factly, and just like that, everyone obeyed her.

"Shotgun" I yelled as I ran to the car all four of us share. I wonder how I ran with these heels that the one and only Nifise picked. Twas a black block heel and I'm not really a fan of heels but what choice did I have? No choice at all.

"Damn you Nov! I was close" I heard Mandy mutter which made me laugh, I smiled sweetly at her when I saw her shooting daggers at me with her eyes.

"Alright ladies get in" Sally ordered Nifise and Mandy as she got into the car, taking out the car keys.

I took out my phone from my purse and yelled "selfie" making all three girls gather around as I took the picture.

"Post it on Snapchat asap maybe Mandy go get hope" (maybe Mandy will get hope) Nifise teased making us laugh.

"I no dey like this kin tin o" (I don't like this type of thing) Amanda cried making laugh again.

Maybe, just maybe, tonight won't be bad.

"Omo! This club make" (oh my! This club is lit) Sally said when we entered, it looked new, of course IT IS NEW.

It was nothing like the rickety old thing close to where we lived. It was better, it was painted black but the bar was purple, the place was packed up so it was hard to really appreciate the beauty of the place.

We walked over to the bar and sat on stools like we own the place.

"What can I get you ladies?" The bartender asked. He was tall and cute in a quirky way, he wasn't a sight for sore eyes, but when you looked at him deeply and closel, you'd find out that there's something about him that stood out, as for me, I don't really care the looking should be reserved for the girl he was dating or the girl he was going to get married to.

He didn't look bad though, he had a black shirt on that read THE HARVEY and a brown trouser, he had a name tag too 'Tunde' was written on it.

It seemed to be a uniform because the other bartender, wore the same kind of shirt then it hit me. 

Of course the name of the club is THE HARVEY. I should really pay attention to things.

"I'll have a bottle of star" I answered and the girls had the same.

"Check out the guys in this club" Nifise said.

"They're so hot, I'll have another bottle" I said, turning to the bartender to collect the beer.

"Excuse me miss, the guy over there sent this to you" a scruffy looking man said handing me a beer on a silver tray. I turned to the direction that the guy was pointing at, but I didn't see anyone there, Creepy, but it got me a bottle of beer.

Okay so I'm drunk!

I've had three bottles of star and I'm drunk.

"I'm going too dannnccccceee" I screeched

I pushed past people and got to the dance floor, moving my body the only way I know how. It was like, I was the only one on the dancefloor, but I didn't think so anymore when I felt strong from hands around my waist, pulling me closer to the owner; I smiled and swayed my hips in an exaggerated manner, I felt the person go stiff but relaxed almost immediately.

We continued dancing and not even once did I turn to know who I was dancing with; I didn't care really, I just wanted to have fun and that was exactly what I was doing.

"Wanna check out the rooms?" I heard the voice behind me say, to be honest I didn't even know he had his jaw on my neck, only when he talked I felt his hot breath on my neck. It was so hot.

"Mmm" I replied knowing fully well what was going to happen when I follow him to 'check out the rooms' but I didn't give a flying fuck.

"Purseeeeee, my purseee" I purred pointing at the bar that looked so far away from where I was standing, "I'll get it" he said and left my side, I turned around to continue dancing, but I was dragged by mystery man to a room.

Everything was blur, I didn't see clearly when I was drunk, even the face of the man that I came to the room with, was blur but I didn't mind. He'd fuck me senseless and tomorrow, it will all be forgotten.
