Chapter Five

Liam Rodriguez

    His phone pinged in his pocket. He was still in the same suit from the morning. He removed his coat and threw it on the bed. He fished out his phone and unlocked it.

    ' Wanna race? big brother! - Kairo.'

   He put it back in his pocket. He didn't remove his holster. It wasn't like he didn't trust anybody. He just didn't wanna take risks. He walked out in the garden area. 

   " I want that sports car. " Danil demanded.

   " Brother, I want that car. " Kairo mopped like a kid.

     Mafia men's sons never could be kids. They were born rulers and looked at these grown men. He thought glaring at his brothers. 

    " Your car, sir. " Paul said, he was the head of his bodyguards and security. He was looking like a wrestler, in his black t-shirt and trousers. 

   He took it from Paul, " Take it. " He said to Kairo, throwing the keys at him. 

     Kairo caught the car's key and hugged his brother, " Let's race. " he smirked. 

     " You're gonna lose. " Danil smirked.   

     " Not today brother. " Kairo smirked back. 

     They both stopped walking and looked back at their elder brother. 

    " I'll be in the audience today." He said, attending the call. 

   " That's not fair. " Kairo mopped. 

   " It's just we. " Danil whispered. 

   They were in their cars and engines were roaring. 

     He saw Danny coming toward him. His lips parted in a small smile. 

   " Good evening sir," he said.

   " Not here." Liam signalled him and strode toward his office. Danny followed him. 

   When they were in office. He didn't get it necessary to lock the door behind him. Danny laid the laptop on the table and stood back.

       He ran his fingers on it. Using the technology, he transferred her pictures in his phone. 

     " She's adopted by Mr Pinto," Danny said. But he halted him by the sign of his finger. He was looking at her picture amorously. 

    " Is she your girlfriend? " Kairo asked him, stepping in his office. His eyes were on her picture. 

    " What are you doing here? " He frowned. He didn't pluck his gaze from her picture. 

    " She's beautiful. " Kairo said, drawing his face near the laptop's screen. 

    " You'd be lying dead on the ground if you weren't my brother. " He said angrily, pulling him back away from the laptop by his collar. 

   " I'm happy for you brother. I wanna meet her. " Kairo grinned. 

  " Pull the brakes, Kairo." He smiled. 

  " Who won the race," Danny asked with excitement. 

  " Dan! He is still on the track. I saw you coming. I guess something essential. I followed you up here. " Kairo smirked. 

   He felt proud of his brother's skill of sneaking. He could easily sneak out from any danger and break-in. 

   " What's the fu** man." Danil came into the room, saying his words loudly in irritation.

   He shut the laptop before Danil could see it. He shot Kairo with his cold glare. Which was clear to not tell anyone about her. He didn't want anyone to know about it. He wanted to hide her from the entire world. 

     " Leave it in my room. " He said, giving his laptop to Danny and motioned him to leave. He walked out of the office with his laptop. 

   " I got something more important than race. " Kairo smirked. 

  " Are you fuc***g kidding me? " Danil frowned. 

  " We were talking about my brother's girlfriend. " Kairo chuckled pointing at him. 

   Danil pupils dilated in astonishment, " Really! " he exclaimed and crouched down near him. Danil couldn't believe what he heard as Liam never showed any interest in any girl. 

   He nodded his head and smiled. He immediately texted Danny to send the whole detail of her. 

   Danil engulfed him, " I'm fuc**** happy for you. " he said. 

  " Your tongue! it's still stuck to the mafia." He smiled. 

  "We've got the same blood in our veins," Danil smirked. 

   " Still you wanna build the separate road," Kairo spoke in a taunting way. 

   He shook his head. He peeped on his phone as it vibrated in his hand. His lips stretched in a smile. 

   " Good night. " He said to his brothers and sauntered toward his door. 

  " Good night, big brother. " Kairo smirked.

  " We haven't finished yet. Show me her picture." Danil frowned, following his brother. 

  " We'll talk in the morning " he remained impassive. 

   " Please, brother. I saw you staring at your phone with a smirk. " Danil smiled. 

   He couldn't ignore this. He lit the display of his iPhone and turned the screen toward him. 

     " How!! But I'm glad. She is beautiful." He smiled and hugged his brother. 

     " I know." He smiled broader.

     " We'll talk in the morning. She is worth it. " Danil winked. 

     " Sure. " He said. 

    He locked the door behind him. He removed the holster and threw the shirt over his head. He plopped on the bed. He opened the detail in his laptop and glowered at her, " Guileless beauty. " he cheerfully smiled. He looked at her portrait several times as sleep wasn't ready to engulf him. He slept with determination. He'd meet her the next day. He could not skip her from his mind. When he knew he was the first man to touch her. He didn't know what the future would hold but Rose was his and his future wife for certain. He was determined to have her forever.
