Elcid and Vastria stayed hidden in the shrubs. Afraid they may be found out, Vastria pulls a cloaking spell over them so the rogue vampires in the clearing cannot sense them there. There were about ten rogue vampires in the clearing lit by torches. They were dressed all in black, black jeans and plain black t-shirt. Vastria had just finished meditating when Elcid knocked on her bedroom door. She felt ready to venture into the forest. She just needed to tell Elcid her final decision. As Elcid entered Vastria’s room, servants followed with breakfast. Vastria had requested breakfast in her room that morning. The servants quickly set up breakfast and left Elcid and Vastria alone.
