Laura By the time I was done baking, I was smoldering hot. All my body was glistening with sweet. Not saying that baking was a task, of course not. I enjoyed doing it. The issue, however, as that it was time taking, and energy consuming. Thankfully and luckily for me, Mrs. Alonso was here to help. "I'll go have a shower now," I said to Mrs. Alonso. "Oh," she gave a nervous, quite embarrassed, laugh. "Well, if you want me to." I smiled, letting my eyes move dreamily around her. Laura was pretty. There was no denying that fact or statement. She had very sharp eyes, and I believed it was the colour---its hazel, greenish tint colour---that accounted for that.
